【摘要】:體能訓(xùn)練是當(dāng)前中國競技體育的短板。究其原因,第一,認(rèn)識落后。集中體現(xiàn)在體能訓(xùn)練的理念認(rèn)知層面。第二,經(jīng)驗不足。集中體現(xiàn)在體能訓(xùn)練計劃的組織安排、方法手段層面。中國競技籃球在體能訓(xùn)練方面也面臨著同樣的問題。而解決問題的有效途徑是借鑒世界先進(jìn)的體能訓(xùn)練理念與方法并為我所用。本研究的邏輯起點正是美國體能教練艾爾所執(zhí)教的國家女籃體能訓(xùn)練實踐。通過對國家女籃體能訓(xùn)練實踐的探索,深化對體能訓(xùn)練的理論認(rèn)知,探索籃球體能訓(xùn)練的理念創(chuàng)新,為中國競技籃球的體能訓(xùn)練提供有益借鑒。本研究采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、調(diào)查法、邏輯分析法對一般體能與體能訓(xùn)練、籃球?qū)m楏w能與體能訓(xùn)練、國奧女籃的體能訓(xùn)練實踐等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了深入系統(tǒng)的研究,得出以下結(jié)論。1體能是以能量代謝系統(tǒng)為基礎(chǔ),以功能動作模式系統(tǒng)為載體、通過神經(jīng)肌肉系統(tǒng)所表現(xiàn)出來的綜合運動能力。2整體觀視野下的籃球?qū)m楏w能訓(xùn)練系統(tǒng)由能量代謝系統(tǒng)、神經(jīng)肌肉系統(tǒng)、功能動作模式系統(tǒng)、技戰(zhàn)術(shù)系統(tǒng)、精神心理系統(tǒng)組成。整體觀視野下的籃球?qū)m楏w能訓(xùn)練系統(tǒng)對全面認(rèn)識籃球?qū)m楏w能訓(xùn)練具有重要意義。3國奧女籃體能訓(xùn)練本質(zhì)上是以力量為主導(dǎo)、突出能量代謝系統(tǒng)與神經(jīng)肌肉系統(tǒng)的功能動作模式訓(xùn)練。在訓(xùn)練周期安排方面,突出力量訓(xùn)練在體能訓(xùn)練周期中的主導(dǎo)作用,在訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容選擇方面,突出力量訓(xùn)練在各項素質(zhì)發(fā)展中的基礎(chǔ)作用,在訓(xùn)練方法與負(fù)荷特征方面,突出高強(qiáng)度間歇訓(xùn)練和循環(huán)訓(xùn)練的重要作用。4國奧女籃體能訓(xùn)練表現(xiàn)出以下四個特征:第一,力量主導(dǎo);第二,強(qiáng)調(diào)速度與技術(shù)的優(yōu)化訓(xùn)練;第三,心理訓(xùn)練融入體能訓(xùn)練之中;第四,注重康復(fù)性體能訓(xùn)練。5提出基于力量主導(dǎo)的國家女籃體能訓(xùn)練“五層次、三階段”板塊周期模型。其核心理念是:在整體觀的視野下,通過力量的主導(dǎo)作用,實現(xiàn)籃球運動專項能量代謝系統(tǒng)與專項動作模式系統(tǒng)的高度統(tǒng)一,為籃球?qū)m椉紤?zhàn)術(shù)系統(tǒng)的高效發(fā)揮提供保障。
[Abstract]:Physical fitness training is the short board of competitive sports in China. The first is to understand the backwardness. It is mainly embodied in the cognitive level of physical fitness training. Second, the experience is insufficient. It is mainly embodied in the organizational arrangement and method level of the physical fitness training program. China's competitive basketball is also facing the same problem in physical fitness training. The effective way to solve the problem is to learn from the advanced physical training ideas and methods in the world and to use it for our own purpose. The logical starting point of this study is the physical training practice of the National Women's basketball team, which is taught by American physical fitness coach Eyre. Through the exploration of the physical training practice of the national women basketball team, we deepened the theoretical cognition of physical training, explored the innovation of the concept of basketball physical training, and provided a useful reference for the physical training of Chinese competitive basketball. This study adopts literature, investigation and logical analysis to make a thorough and systematic study of general physical fitness and physical fitness training, basketball specific physical fitness and physical training, physical fitness training practice of Olympic women basketball team, and draws the following conclusions. 1 physical energy is based on the energy metabolism system, the functional action mode system as the carrier, through the neuromuscular system shows the comprehensive movement ability. 2, the basketball specific physical training system from the perspective of holism is composed of energy metabolism system, neuromuscular system, functional movement mode system, technology and tactics system, and mental and psychological system. The basketball special physical training system in the view of the whole view is of great significance to fully understanding the special physical fitness training of basketball. 3 the physical training of the National Olympic basketball team is in essence the power - oriented training of the function mode of the energy metabolism system and the neuromuscular system. In the training cycle arrangements, highlighting the leading role of strength training in the physical training cycle, the choice of the training content, highlighting the role of basic strength training in the quality of development, in the aspects of training methods and load characteristics, highlighting the high intensity intermittent training training cycle and an important role. 4, the Olympic women's basketball physical training showed the following four characteristics: first, strength led; second, speed and technology optimization training; third, mental training into physical training; fourth, rehabilitation physical training. 5 the "Five - level, three - stage" plate cycle model based on strength - led national women's basketball training is proposed. Its core idea is: from the perspective of holistic view, through the leading role of strength, we can achieve a highly unified system of basketball specific energy metabolism system and special action mode system, and provide a guarantee for the effective implementation of basketball specific skills and tactics system.
