　　巴基斯坦的性別平等和婦女賦權(quán)問題已經(jīng)成為巴基斯坦國內(nèi)外共同關注的焦點。遺憾的是,這個焦點目前主要集中在巴基斯坦社會中婦女的必要權(quán)利方面。聯(lián)合國婦女署（UN Women）和《消除對婦女一切形式歧視公約》（The Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women）促進了地區(qū)婦女權(quán)利提升并且促使國際社會和國家履行性別平等承諾,并將這些承諾納入當?shù)胤�、政策和框架之中。在過去12年中,聯(lián)合國婦女署通過提供技能培訓、保險、小額信貸計劃和市場聯(lián)系等便利條件為巴基斯坦婦女提供了創(chuàng)造收益的機會,大約30,000名女性居家工作者和被排斥的婦女群體直接受益,這使得她們能夠更加充分地參與到旁遮普�。≒unjab）、信德�。⊿indh）、俾路支�。˙aluchistan）和開伯爾-普赫圖赫瓦�。↘hyber Pakhtunkhwa）等地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中。聯(lián)合國婦女署駐巴基斯坦辦事處的使命是促進兩性平等和婦女賦權(quán)。聯(lián)合國婦女署和巴基斯坦政府以及民間團體合作,他們通過共同努力,盡力保證兩性平等、社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和保護婦女...
