巴基斯坦的性別平等和婦女賦權(quán)問題已經(jīng)成為巴基斯坦國(guó)內(nèi)外共同關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。遺憾的是,這個(gè)焦點(diǎn)目前主要集中在巴基斯坦社會(huì)中婦女的必要權(quán)利方面。聯(lián)合國(guó)婦女署（UN Women）和《消除對(duì)婦女一切形式歧視公約》（The Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women）促進(jìn)了地區(qū)婦女權(quán)利提升并且促使國(guó)際社會(huì)和國(guó)家履行性別平等承諾,并將這些承諾納入當(dāng)?shù)胤伞⒄吆涂蚣苤�。在過去12年中,聯(lián)合國(guó)婦女署通過提供技能培訓(xùn)、保險(xiǎn)、小額信貸計(jì)劃和市場(chǎng)聯(lián)系等便利條件為巴基斯坦婦女提供了創(chuàng)造收益的機(jī)會(huì),大約30,000名女性居家工作者和被排斥的婦女群體直接受益,這使得她們能夠更加充分地參與到旁遮普省（Punjab）、信德省（Sindh）、俾路支省（Baluchistan）和開伯爾-普赫?qǐng)D赫瓦省（Khyber Pakhtunkhwa）等地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中。聯(lián)合國(guó)婦女署駐巴基斯坦辦事處的使命是促進(jìn)兩性平等和婦女賦權(quán)。聯(lián)合國(guó)婦女署和巴基斯坦政府以及民間團(tuán)體合作,他們通過共同努力,盡力保證兩性平等、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和保護(hù)婦女...
