政府轉(zhuǎn)型期江蘇基層公務員職業(yè)倦怠問題的研究
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the country has been in the transition period, social ideology, economic and political system and other aspects are undergoing changes, the government's political system has been constantly improved. Since the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the government's political system, management concept, organizational structure and working methods have all undergone effective changes to make it more responsive to the needs of current political, economic and social development. This also means that the reform of the government step into a new stage, transformation into a new era. In the important stage of the current government transformation, the changes brought about by the transformation have accelerated the renewal of the working methods, management models and ideas of government departments, and prompted the grass-roots civil servants to constantly adjust their working conditions. In order to adapt to the influence of government transformation and avoid job burnout. Job burnout of grass-roots civil servants will bring a lot of unfavorable factors, whether in their personal development, or on the improvement of the efficiency of government administration and the establishment of credibility will have an impact. Therefore, under the background of government transition, it is of great value to study the job burnout of basic civil servants. This paper discusses the background of the research on the problem of job burnout of civil servants at the grass-roots level, the present research situation, the content and the research value in reality and theory, and expounds the relevant definitions of the civil servants and job burnout at the grass-roots level. By means of questionnaire and with the help of MBI-GS scale, this paper makes a data study on the phenomenon of job burnout of civil servants at the grass-roots level in Jiangsu Province. On the basis of this, this paper probes into the manifestation of the problem of job burnout of the local government at the grass-roots level and the harm it brings, and takes the transformation of the government as the background. This paper studies the causes of job burnout in local government of Jiangsu province, and explores its origin. Through the questionnaire, we know that the phenomenon of job burnout of civil servants in Jiangsu Province is common, but the degree is general. The degree of burnout was relatively low in emotional exhaustion and alienation, but obvious in self-efficacy. In the course of the study, the author found that the three kinds of job burnout of some grass-roots civil servants in Jiangsu Province are more obvious, which are pressure, low enthusiasm and not good at their own work. From the analysis of the causes of job burnout of some civil servants in Jiangsu Province, it is found that there are three main causes of burnout in their own, social and organizational aspects, which are that the psychological adaptability of some grass-roots civil servants is not strong. Some units do not have the corresponding psychological dredging way and the media to strengthen the supervision of civil servants. The innovation of this paper is based on the theory of social competency model and resource conservation, combined with the job burnout of the grass-roots civil servants in Jiangsu Province, and the burnout caused by their own reasons, how to better avoid the emergence of job burnout from their own aspects. The application of these two theories to practice further enriches the practical significance of social competence model and resource conservation theory. Therefore, the paper looks for the reasons from itself, society and organization, and puts forward the corresponding intervention measures, especially to improve the psychological quality of oneself in order to adapt to the big background of the transformation from the traditional regulatory government to the service-oriented government. In order to change the working state of grass-roots civil servants, improve their working efficiency and ruling ability, maintain the image and credibility of local governments.
