【摘要】：中華人民共和國(guó)教育部于2012年9月正式頒布的《教育部關(guān)于加強(qiáng)中小學(xué)少先隊(duì)活動(dòng)的通知》中明確提出:少先隊(duì)活動(dòng)要作為國(guó)家規(guī)定的必修的活動(dòng)課……全國(guó)少工委還專門制訂了《少先隊(duì)活動(dòng)課程指導(dǎo)綱要(試行)》,明確少先隊(duì)活動(dòng)課程的性質(zhì)、內(nèi)容、實(shí)施途徑等。顯而易見,所有中小學(xué)校及學(xué)校少先隊(duì)組織都將不可避免地要面對(duì)如何有效實(shí)施少先隊(duì)活動(dòng)課程這一新的挑戰(zhàn)。依據(jù)少先隊(duì)活動(dòng)成為國(guó)家規(guī)定的必修活動(dòng)課的這一要求,少先隊(duì)輔導(dǎo)員的專業(yè)化內(nèi)涵必將隨之發(fā)生一定的變化,因而,探討少先隊(duì)活動(dòng)課實(shí)施后少先隊(duì)輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)化的種種變化以及發(fā)展策略就顯得特別必要和有價(jià)值。文章通過調(diào)研、經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)、文獻(xiàn)研究等方法和手段,了解少先隊(duì)活動(dòng)課程實(shí)施的現(xiàn)狀和問題、輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)化的演變,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,試圖從有效實(shí)施少先隊(duì)活動(dòng)課程的視角來思考、探討少先隊(duì)輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)化所應(yīng)具有的新內(nèi)涵、新要求,并提出有關(guān)構(gòu)建促進(jìn)輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)化發(fā)展的教研制度、培養(yǎng)機(jī)制等應(yīng)對(duì)策略的思考和建議。
[Abstract]:The Ministry of Education of the people's Republic of China issued the notice of the Ministry of Education on strengthening the activities of the Young Pioneers in Primary and Middle Schools in September, 2012. It is clearly put forward that the activities of the Young Pioneers should be regarded as a compulsory activity course prescribed by the State. The National Youth work Committee has also formulated the guiding outline of the Young Pioneers' activity Curriculum (trial) to clarify the nature, content and implementation of the Young Pioneers' activity courses. It is obvious that all primary and secondary schools and school Young Pioneers organizations will inevitably face the new challenge of how to effectively implement the Young Pioneers' activity curriculum. According to the requirement that the Young Pioneers' activities become a compulsory activity course stipulated by the state, the professional connotation of the Young Pioneers' counselors will change with it, so, It is necessary and valuable to probe into the various changes and development strategies of the young pioneers' counselors' specialization after the implementation of the Young Pioneers' activity class. Through investigation, experience summary, literature research and other methods and means, the article understands the present situation and problems of the implementation of Young Pioneers' activity course, the evolution of counselors' specialization, and on this basis, This paper attempts to think from the perspective of effective implementation of the Young Pioneers' activity curriculum, discusses the new connotation and new requirements of the Young Pioneers' counselors' specialization, and puts forward the construction of a teaching and research system to promote the development of the counselors' specialization. Thoughts and suggestions on training mechanism and other coping strategies.
