西柏坡時期黨的思想政治教育有效性及其現(xiàn)代啟示

【摘要】:隨著我國社會主義建設(shè)的不斷深入,各國間的聯(lián)系密不可分,交往急劇增加,各種思想潮流對我國人民的精神狀態(tài)造成各種復(fù)雜影響,因此,當(dāng)下思想政治教育工作同樣不容忽視,且思想教育工作者面臨著較之以往更為難以掌控的教育環(huán)境。了解黨在西柏坡時期具體環(huán)境下的教育內(nèi)容、教育方法,并總結(jié)相關(guān)教育經(jīng)驗(yàn),有利于我們在時代變遷后依舊采取符合時代要求的措施以提高當(dāng)下思想政治教育工作的有效性。西柏坡時期,是中國共產(chǎn)黨在民主革命過程中的偉大歷史轉(zhuǎn)折時期,同時也是即將贏取革命勝利并決定科學(xué)建國的關(guān)鍵時期。西柏坡時期作為我們黨革命進(jìn)程中的最后一個農(nóng)村革命根據(jù)地,這一時期的黨群思想狀態(tài)面臨著異常嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),事關(guān)新中國的精神風(fēng)貌和建設(shè)情況。因此,如何保證黨員與群眾革命的進(jìn)取心,科學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)變革命意識成為西柏坡時期共產(chǎn)黨不容輕視的問題,黨的思想政治教育工作在黨內(nèi)及群眾之間廣泛展開;诖,本文用三大部分進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究:第一部分:西柏坡時期黨的思想政治教育內(nèi)容與方法。此部分首先對文章所需的核心概念即“西柏坡時期”“思想政治教育”“思想政治教育有效性”進(jìn)行界定,在此基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)黨在西柏坡的各項(xiàng)具體活動進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),確定了當(dāng)時所注重的思想政治教育內(nèi)容:基本原理教育、愛國主義教育、群眾路線教育、民主政治教育、法制教育、艱苦奮斗教育、道德教育。最后結(jié)合案例分析了黨所運(yùn)用的五種高效的教育方法:理論灌輸法、實(shí)踐鍛煉法、自我教育法、榜樣示范法、咨詢輔導(dǎo)法。第二部分:西柏坡時期黨的思想政治教育有效性及其影響因素。本部分首先基于第一部分對思想政治教育及其有效性的概念界定,具體分析了思想政治教育有效性三大構(gòu)成要素即思想政治教育的要素有效性、過程有效性、結(jié)果有效性的內(nèi)涵與外延。其次,從西柏坡時期的具體情況出發(fā),探究了當(dāng)時能夠有效影響黨的思想政治教育的內(nèi)部與外部因素:教育雙主體化、切合實(shí)際的教育內(nèi)容、多樣的教育方法、豐富的教育載體、革命大環(huán)境,并指出這些因素所發(fā)揮的重要作用。第三部分:西柏坡時期黨的思想政治教育現(xiàn)代啟示。這一部分對全文進(jìn)行總結(jié)升華,側(cè)重總結(jié)黨在西柏坡成功進(jìn)行思想政治教育的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與規(guī)律,并結(jié)合我們新時期的新境況下人們的思想政治現(xiàn)狀提出了六條建議:貫徹全面從嚴(yán)治黨,建設(shè)高素質(zhì)思想政治教育隊(duì)伍;注重教育雙主體互動,提高思想政治教育積極性;堅(jiān)持走群眾路線,促進(jìn)思想政治教育社會化;堅(jiān)持主導(dǎo)性與多樣性相統(tǒng)一,制定完善的思想政治教育內(nèi)容;注重理論與實(shí)際結(jié)合,采取切實(shí)可行的思政教育方法;遵循物質(zhì)與意識相互轉(zhuǎn)化規(guī)律,有效運(yùn)用各種思想政治教育載體。筆者以此期望真正增強(qiáng)我們當(dāng)下的思想政治教育有效性,促進(jìn)人們思想政治素質(zhì)的進(jìn)一步提高。文章主要采用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、比較分析法、理論與實(shí)踐結(jié)合法。通過大量閱讀分析諸位學(xué)者的研究,旁征博引使文章有理有據(jù);通過比較使結(jié)論順理成章、顯而易見;通過大量案例具體分析黨在西柏坡時期思想政治教育取得良好成效的原因,將抽象的理論具體化于實(shí)際案例當(dāng)中,簡單明了。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's socialist construction, the communication between the countries is closely related, the communication has increased dramatically, and various ideological trends have a variety of complex influences on the mental state of our people. Therefore, the ideological and political education work should not be ignored. and ideological educators are faced with an educational environment that is more difficult to control than in the past. To understand the educational content and educational methods of the party in the specific environment of the Western Baipo period, and to sum up the experience of relevant education, it is favorable for us to adopt the measures that conform to the requirements of the times after the change of the times so as to improve the effectiveness of the current ideological and political education work. It is the great historical turning point of the Communist Party of China in the course of the democratic revolution, and it is the key period to win the victory of the revolution and to decide the establishment of the scientific foundation. As the last rural revolutionary base in the course of our Party's revolution, the period of Western Baipo is the last rural revolutionary base in our Party's revolutionary process, and the state of the Party's ideological state in this period faces a serious challenge, which is about the spirit and the construction of the new China. Therefore, how to guarantee the core of the Party members and the masses' revolution, the scientific transformation of the revolutionary consciousness into the problem that the Communist Party of the western Baipo is not to despise, the party's ideological and political education work is widely spread among the party and the masses. On the basis of this, the paper studies the system in three parts: the first part: the contents and methods of the Party's ideological and political education in the Western Baipo period.
