【摘要】：人的發(fā)展是發(fā)展中的人在拷問、追思與資源、環(huán)境、生態(tài)的友善利用和永續(xù)循環(huán)中實現(xiàn)的。按照馬克思的設(shè)想,人的發(fā)展有三個階段,人的依賴關(guān)系階段,以物的依賴性為基礎(chǔ)的人的獨立性階段,自由個性階段。與此相對應(yīng),人對資源、環(huán)境、生態(tài)的關(guān)系有三種形態(tài):人受資源、環(huán)境、生態(tài)的奴役,人對資源、環(huán)境、生態(tài)的掠奪式利用,人對資源、環(huán)境、生態(tài)的友善利用和永續(xù)循環(huán)。對第三種形態(tài)的拷問和追求,構(gòu)成綠色發(fā)展理念。資源、環(huán)境、生態(tài)為人的生產(chǎn)、生活提供資源、舞臺、場域,為人的思維和審美提供空間和對象;而且人性的基礎(chǔ)即人的自然性與地理環(huán)境、自然環(huán)境合一,在這個意義上,“保護生態(tài)環(huán)境就是保護生產(chǎn)力、改善生態(tài)環(huán)境就是發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力”成為筑夢中國的綠色發(fā)展理念。事實上,資源、環(huán)境、生態(tài)問題的根源之一是人與人之間關(guān)系的失調(diào),資源、環(huán)境、生態(tài)危機歸根到底是“人的問題”,因為這一危機既直接涉及人們的消費方式、生活方式和需要定位,并在根本上涉及人們的生存態(tài)度和價值取向,涉及社會經(jīng)濟政治上的制度安排。綠色發(fā)展理念具有的人的發(fā)展理念必將隨著綠色發(fā)展理念研究和實踐的深入不斷充實和擴展,綠色發(fā)展理念從人的發(fā)展的解讀無疑是深度理解綠色發(fā)展理念問題的必然要求。
[Abstract]:Human development is realized by developing people in the friendly utilization and sustainable cycle of torture, thinking and resources, environment and ecology. According to Marx's assumption, there are three stages in the development of human beings: the stage of human dependence, the stage of human independence based on material dependence, and the stage of free personality. Correspondingly, there are three forms of the relationship between man and resources, environment and ecology: man is subjected to resources, environment, ecological enslavement, man takes advantage of resources, environment and ecology predatory use, man is friendly to resources, environment, and ecological friendly use and sustainable circulation. The third form of torture and pursuit, constitute the concept of green development. Resources, environment and ecology provide resources, stage, field, space and object for people's production, life, and human thinking and aesthetics; moreover, the foundation of human nature is the integration of human nature and geographical environment, and the natural environment, in this sense, To protect the ecological environment is to protect the productive forces, and to improve the ecological environment is to develop the productive forces. In fact, one of the root causes of the problems of resources, environment and ecology is the imbalance between human beings. The crisis of resources, environment and ecology is, in the final analysis, a "human problem", because this crisis has a direct bearing on people's consumption patterns. The way of life and needs orientation, and fundamentally involves people's survival attitude and value orientation, involves the social economic and political system arrangement. The concept of human development with the concept of green development will continue to enrich and expand with the research and practice of the concept of green development. The interpretation of the concept of green development from the perspective of human development is undoubtedly the inevitable requirement for a deep understanding of the concept of green development.
