【摘要】：隨著全球環(huán)境污染、資源浪費(fèi)問題的不斷突出,通過何種科學(xué)有效的手段在發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)的同時保護(hù)好環(huán)境,已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今世界各國共同面對的難題,我國也在不斷地探尋控制和減少環(huán)境問題的機(jī)制。從西方國家近些年來發(fā)展的實踐和經(jīng)驗中看出,綠色金融的出現(xiàn)逐步成為了解決這一問題的新途徑。綠色金融是傳統(tǒng)金融領(lǐng)域與環(huán)境領(lǐng)域二者相互結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物,它的出現(xiàn)吸引了社會公眾的目光,由于上市公司在綠色金融領(lǐng)域中扮演了極其重要的角色,因此如何完善上市公司的綠色金融制度在綠色金融制度體系中是十分關(guān)鍵的。綠色金融在我國發(fā)展尚處于起步階段,許多的制度體系也有待建設(shè),通過對西方國家相對成熟完善的綠色金融體系分析以及我國初級階段所遇到的困難和瓶頸的總結(jié),從而建立一套完善的配套機(jī)制,本文通過對綠色金融的研究和分析進(jìn)一步探索上市公司在我國綠色金融體系中的發(fā)展,并希望為上市公司綠色金融法律制度的完善提供一些可行性的建議。本文分以下幾個部分:第一章論述綠色金融制度的定義、綠色產(chǎn)品的種類以及上市公司綠色金融的概況。第二章對上市公司綠色金融法律制度的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行闡述。分別從我國上市公司綠色金融法律制度的沿革、上市公司所涉及綠色金融的規(guī)范性文件等方面進(jìn)行展開。第三章對國外上市公司綠色金融制度進(jìn)行分析研究,分別從綠色信貸、綠色證券、綠色保險三個方面來進(jìn)行探討。第四章是本文的重點,根據(jù)第一、二、三章的研究,結(jié)合上市公司綠色金融的實踐情況,在分析現(xiàn)有的制度體系的優(yōu)勢和不足的基礎(chǔ)上,提出對我國上市公司綠色金融制度的建議。
[Abstract]:With the problem of global environmental pollution and waste of resources becoming more and more prominent, it has become a difficult problem for all countries in the world to protect the environment while developing economy through scientific and effective means. China is also constantly exploring mechanisms to control and reduce environmental problems. From the development practice and experience of western countries in recent years, the emergence of green finance has gradually become a new way to solve this problem. Green finance is the product of the combination of the traditional financial field and the environmental field. Its appearance attracts the attention of the public, because listed companies play an extremely important role in the field of green finance. Therefore, how to perfect the green financial system of listed companies is very important in the green financial system. The development of green finance in China is still in its infancy, and many institutional systems need to be built. Through the analysis of the relatively mature green financial system in western countries and the difficulties and bottlenecks encountered in the primary stage of our country, In order to establish a complete set of supporting mechanisms, this paper further explores the development of listed companies in China's green financial system through the research and analysis of green finance. It also hopes to provide some feasible suggestions for the improvement of green financial legal system of listed companies. This paper is divided into the following parts: the first chapter discusses the definition of green financial system, the category of green products and the general situation of green finance of listed companies. The second chapter expounds the current situation of green finance legal system of listed companies. Respectively from our country listed company green finance legal system evolution, the listed company involves the green finance normative document and so on aspect carries on the development. The third chapter analyzes the green financial system of foreign listed companies, respectively from the green credit, green securities, green insurance to explore three aspects. The fourth chapter is the focus of this paper, according to the first, second and third chapters, combined with the practice of green finance of listed companies, on the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing system, Put forward to our country listed company green finance system suggestion.
