青少年的欺凌行為及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:欺凌行為存在已久,嚴(yán)重影響著社會(huì)和諧,其中,青少年欺凌行為所產(chǎn)生的社會(huì)負(fù)面影響更為嚴(yán)重。對(duì)于青少年欺凌,李克強(qiáng)總理在第六次全國(guó)婦女兒童工作會(huì)議上明確指出:嚴(yán)厲打擊校園欺凌等違法犯罪活動(dòng)。青少年是祖國(guó)的未來(lái),是民族的希望,肩負(fù)著建設(shè)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化國(guó)家的重任,青少年能否健康成長(zhǎng)直接關(guān)系著國(guó)家的前途與命運(yùn)。研究青少年欺凌行為的產(chǎn)生機(jī)制及它對(duì)青少年自身和社會(huì)發(fā)展的影響,能夠讓我們更清楚地認(rèn)識(shí)和解決青少年欺凌行為,進(jìn)而不斷推動(dòng)社會(huì)發(fā)展,促進(jìn)社會(huì)和諧。本文從青少年的視角出發(fā),以現(xiàn)階段有關(guān)青少年欺凌行為的文本資料、調(diào)查研究、現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況為基礎(chǔ),歸納、梳理出青少年欺凌行為產(chǎn)生的原因、影響及應(yīng)對(duì)措施方面相對(duì)明晰的脈絡(luò)。首先,通過(guò)對(duì)文本資料的梳理,對(duì)青少年欺凌行為大體了解,進(jìn)而明確本文寫作的目的和方向。其次,通過(guò)對(duì)青少年欺凌行為相關(guān)概念的論述并結(jié)合現(xiàn)階段研究現(xiàn)狀,明確了青少年欺凌行為具體內(nèi)容、表現(xiàn)形式、特點(diǎn)以及不同類型青少年欺凌行為的聯(lián)系與區(qū)別。再次,通過(guò)對(duì)青少年欺凌行為具體內(nèi)容的了解,探究青少年欺凌行為產(chǎn)生的原因和影響。最后,結(jié)合上述成果和現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況,對(duì)如何遏止青少年欺凌行為產(chǎn)生提出一些建設(shè)性的意見,同時(shí)進(jìn)行中外比較,在對(duì)比中借鑒國(guó)外的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。筆者相信,在政府、社會(huì)、學(xué)校、家庭和青少年各方的共同努力下,在學(xué)者對(duì)青少年欺凌行為的不斷研究中,青少年欺凌行為將會(huì)不斷減少。
[Abstract]:Bullying behavior has existed for a long time, seriously affecting social harmony, among which, the social negative impact of adolescent bullying behavior is more serious. As for youth bullying, Prime Minister Li Keqiang made it clear at the sixth National working Conference on Women and Children that criminal activities such as bullying on campus should be severely combated. Young people are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation. They shoulder the important task of building a modern socialist country. Whether they can grow up healthily or not is directly related to the future and destiny of the country. The study of the mechanism of youth bullying and its influence on the youth and social development can help us to understand and solve the bullying behavior more clearly, and then to promote social development and social harmony. This paper, from the perspective of teenagers, based on the text data, investigation and research on adolescent bullying behavior at present, summarizes and sorts out the causes of adolescent bullying behavior. Impact and response to the relative clarity of the context. First of all, by combing the text materials, we can get a general understanding of adolescent bullying behavior, and then clarify the purpose and direction of this paper. Secondly, by discussing the related concepts of adolescent bullying behavior and combining with the current research situation, this paper clarifies the specific content, manifestation, characteristics and the relationship and difference of different types of adolescent bullying behavior. Thirdly, through understanding the specific content of adolescent bullying behavior, to explore the causes and effects of adolescent bullying behavior. Finally, based on the above achievements and the actual situation, some constructive suggestions on how to curb the bullying behavior of teenagers are put forward. At the same time, the comparison between China and foreign countries is carried out, and the relevant experiences of foreign countries are used for reference in the comparison. The author believes that with the joint efforts of the government, society, schools, families and young people, the adolescent bullying behavior will continue to decrease in the continuous research on adolescent bullying behavior by scholars.
