【摘要】：腐敗問題一直是威脅國家長治久安的毒瘤,是關(guān)系到民族存亡的大問題。在新時期我國與腐敗行為斗爭的過程中,我們黨堅持以為人民服務為宗旨,保持清正廉潔,得到了廣大人民群眾的支持和擁護,推動了中國特色社會主義建設(shè)。但是,盡管我黨大力打擊腐敗行為,某些黨政機關(guān)仍然存在著腐敗現(xiàn)象,如果任其蔓延,我們的黨和國家終會被其侵蝕,人民民主專政國家將會毀于一旦。因此,為了保證中國特色社會主義建設(shè)的順利進行,黨和國家必須堅定有效地進行防治腐敗工作。論文分為三個部分。首先,通過對馬克思主義關(guān)于社會主義社會防治腐敗的研究,揭示了社會主義社會產(chǎn)生腐敗的根源,闡述了社會主義社會腐敗的嚴重危害,指明了社會主義社會防治腐敗的途徑。其次,具體分析了在新時期我國腐敗現(xiàn)象的群體化、新隱蔽性、權(quán)錢色相交織的特點。最后,針對新時期我國的腐敗現(xiàn)象提出了具體的措施。加強黨員干部的道德修養(yǎng),能夠有效地預防腐敗現(xiàn)象的產(chǎn)生;建立健全懲防相結(jié)合的反腐敗體系,為新時期我國防治腐敗工作的推進提供制度保障;通過優(yōu)化反腐機構(gòu)協(xié)調(diào)運行,完善黨內(nèi)外監(jiān)督舉報系統(tǒng)和境外追逃機制能夠更好的解決腐敗問題。
[Abstract]:The problem of corruption has always been a threat to the country's long-term stability, is a major issue related to the survival of the nation. In the course of our country's struggle against corruption in the new period, our Party adheres to the aim of serving the people, keeps clean and clean, has won the support and support of the broad masses of the people, and has promoted the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. However, despite our party's efforts to crack down on corruption, corruption still exists in some Party and government organs. If it is allowed to spread, our party and state will eventually be eroded and the people's democratic dictatorship will be destroyed. Therefore, in order to ensure the smooth development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the Party and the country must firmly and effectively carry out the prevention and control of corruption. The paper is divided into three parts. First of all, through the study of Marxism on the prevention and control of corruption in socialist society, it reveals the root causes of corruption in socialist society, and expounds the serious harm of corruption in socialist society. It points out the ways to prevent and cure corruption in socialist society. Secondly, it analyzes the characteristics of corruption in China in the new period, such as collectivization, new concealment, power and money. Finally, in view of the new period our country's corruption phenomenon proposed the concrete measure. Strengthening the moral cultivation of party members and cadres can effectively prevent the emergence of corruption, establish and improve the anti-corruption system combined with punishment and prevention, and provide the system guarantee for the promotion of the prevention and control of corruption in China in the new period. By optimizing the coordinated operation of anti-corruption institutions, perfecting the supervision and reporting system inside and outside the party and the mechanism of overseas pursuit and flight, the corruption problem can be solved better.
