【摘要】：創(chuàng)新發(fā)展理念是黨的十八屆五中全會提出的“五大發(fā)展理念”之一,是我們黨的一個重要理論創(chuàng)新,不僅具有重要的理論意義,而且對于我國全面建成小康社會,實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國夢,具有較強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文主要從五個方面進(jìn)行了研究:第一章主要論述了文章研究的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義,并對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了綜述;第二章研究了中國共產(chǎn)黨的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展理念的確立和內(nèi)涵。我們黨一直非常注重創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,在黨的十八屆五中全會上明確提出創(chuàng)新發(fā)展理念,其主要內(nèi)容包括理論創(chuàng)新、制度創(chuàng)新、科技創(chuàng)新、文化創(chuàng)新;第三章研究了創(chuàng)新發(fā)展理念的地位和作用。創(chuàng)新發(fā)展理念的地位主要體現(xiàn)在:創(chuàng)新是引領(lǐng)發(fā)展的第一動力、創(chuàng)新發(fā)展居于國家發(fā)展全局的核心位置、創(chuàng)新是時代精神的一個核心內(nèi)容等三個方面。創(chuàng)新發(fā)展理念在中國特色社會主義建設(shè)過程中具有解放和發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力、建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型強(qiáng)國、推動“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè),萬眾創(chuàng)新”等方面的重要作用;第四章重點(diǎn)闡述創(chuàng)新發(fā)展理念的重要意義,主要體現(xiàn)在:有利于促進(jìn)全面建成小康社會,有利于建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家,豐富和發(fā)展了時代精神;第五章主要從深化對創(chuàng)新理念科學(xué)性和重要性的認(rèn)識;加強(qiáng)教育,實(shí)施創(chuàng)新人才戰(zhàn)略;加強(qiáng)制度安排,提供創(chuàng)新保障等方面探討了創(chuàng)新發(fā)展理念的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑。
[Abstract]:The idea of innovation and development is one of the "five development ideas" put forward by the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. It is an important theoretical innovation of our party. It is not only of great theoretical significance, but also of great significance to the building of a well-off society in an all-round way in our country. Chinese Dream, who has realized the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, has strong practical significance. This paper mainly from five aspects of the study: the first chapter mainly discusses the theoretical and practical significance of the article, and domestic and foreign related studies were summarized; The second chapter studies the establishment and connotation of the CPC's idea of innovation and development. Our party has always attached great importance to innovation and development, at the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th Central Committee of the Party clearly put forward the concept of innovative development, its main content includes theoretical innovation, system innovation, scientific and technological innovation, cultural innovation; The third chapter studies the position and function of the idea of innovation and development. The position of the concept of innovation development is mainly reflected in three aspects: innovation is the first motive force to lead development, innovation development occupies the core position of the overall situation of national development, and innovation is a core content of the spirit of the times. The idea of innovation and development plays an important role in liberating and developing productive forces, building innovative and powerful country, and promoting "mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation" in the process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. The fourth chapter focuses on the importance of innovative development concept, mainly reflected in: conducive to promoting the overall construction of a well-off society, conducive to the construction of an innovative country, enriched and developed the spirit of the times; The fifth chapter mainly discusses the way to realize the idea of innovation from the following aspects: deepening the understanding of the scientific nature and importance of the idea of innovation, strengthening education, implementing the strategy of innovative talents, strengthening the system arrangement, providing the guarantee of innovation, etc.
