【摘要】：少先隊輔導(dǎo)員是全國少工委號召培養(yǎng)少年兒童的結(jié)果,是我國普通中小學(xué)教師管理的重要構(gòu)成部分,在學(xué)生思想政治教育和學(xué)校品德教育工作中占有舉足輕重的地位,是學(xué)校立德樹人的中堅力量。少先隊輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)發(fā)展問題從理論到實踐都未得到應(yīng)有的重視,基于社會支持系統(tǒng)在眾多領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,本研究對少先隊輔導(dǎo)員進行深度訪談和觀察,綜合把握少先隊輔導(dǎo)員時代發(fā)展情況和問題,最終提出解決措施。這一次的研究不是終結(jié),而是對少先隊輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)發(fā)展探索的新開始。本研究可以概括為五個部分。第一章是緒論,分別對本文研究的選題緣由、研究意義、研究設(shè)計等進行闡述,大致了解本人研究的主題;第二章是少先隊輔導(dǎo)員基本理論的研究,主要包括對本文主題的文獻綜述、對教師專業(yè)發(fā)展、少先隊輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)發(fā)展等核心概念界定以及對社會支持系統(tǒng)的分析框架,初步掌握本文研究內(nèi)容后進行簡要的分析,對少先隊輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)發(fā)展有了一個初步的認識;第三章是對少先隊輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)發(fā)展的近況研究,這一章通過對少先隊輔導(dǎo)員的深度訪談可以領(lǐng)會到少先隊輔導(dǎo)員在專業(yè)素養(yǎng)、知識、技能三個方面的現(xiàn)狀,并總結(jié)出其在整個專業(yè)生長過程中存在的困惑;第四章是對少先隊輔導(dǎo)員現(xiàn)狀問題進行原因分析,在原因的解釋上結(jié)合社會支持系統(tǒng)外部客觀因素(政府、學(xué)校、家庭)和內(nèi)部主觀因素分別從不同的角度去闡述總結(jié)歸納;第五章主要是對少先隊輔導(dǎo)員在社會支持系統(tǒng)研究體系中,根據(jù)少先隊輔導(dǎo)員的特殊性,從社會支持系統(tǒng)的兩大部分對其專業(yè)發(fā)展指出宏觀和微觀的優(yōu)化途徑,從外部上是政府機構(gòu)、學(xué)校、家庭等對少先隊輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)發(fā)展提供優(yōu)質(zhì)環(huán)境,對于個體來說,主要是對自身角色的一個清晰認識、增強職業(yè)崗位的認同度。通過內(nèi)外部的結(jié)合為問題的解決提供一定程度上的參考。少先隊輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)發(fā)展水平的提高,鞭策少先隊輔導(dǎo)員的專業(yè)隊伍發(fā)展,一方面可以滿足少先隊輔導(dǎo)員對于自身內(nèi)部的需求,提升個人教學(xué)境界,另一方面更是拓展教育優(yōu)質(zhì)發(fā)展的新道路。理想是豐滿的,現(xiàn)實是骨感的,少先隊輔導(dǎo)員的專業(yè)發(fā)展處于一種初步探索階段,有著大量問題需要穩(wěn)扎穩(wěn)打地去解決,尋找一竿見影的措施是不可能的。因此,在改善少先隊輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)發(fā)展的路徑中需要不斷努力,并在這個過程中不斷適應(yīng)時代前進的步伐。
[Abstract]:The Young Pioneers counselors are the result of the call of the National Youth work Committee for the training of young children, and an important part of the management of teachers in ordinary primary and secondary schools in our country. They play an important role in the ideological and political education of students and the moral education in schools. It is the backbone of the school. The professional development of Young Pioneers counselors has not received due attention from theory and practice. Based on the application of social support system in many fields, this study conducted in-depth interviews and observations on Young Pioneers counselors. Comprehensively grasp the development of Young Pioneer counselors and problems, and finally put forward solutions. This time the study is not the end, but the Young Pioneers counselors professional development exploration of a new start. This research can be summarized into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction, which explains the reason, significance and design of the research, and gives a general understanding of the theme of my research. The second chapter is the study of the basic theory of the Young Pioneers counselors. It mainly includes the literature review on the subject of this paper, the definition of the core concepts such as teacher professional development, the professional development of Young Pioneers counselors, and the analysis framework of social support system. We have a preliminary understanding of the professional development of the Young Pioneer counselors. Chapter three is a study of the recent situation of the Young Pioneer counselors' professional development. This chapter can understand the Young Pioneers counselors' professional accomplishment through in-depth interviews with the Young Pioneer counselors. Knowledge, skills in three aspects of the status quo, and summed up its professional growth in the whole process of confusion; the fourth chapter is to analyze the reasons for the current situation of Young Pioneers counselors, Combined with external objective factors of social support system (government, school, family) and internal subjective factors respectively from different angles to summarize; The fifth chapter mainly points out the macro and micro optimization ways of the professional development of the Young Pioneers' counselors in the social support system, according to the particularity of the Young Pioneers' counselors, from the two major parts of the social support system. From the external government institutions, schools, families and so on to provide a high-quality environment for the professional development of Young Pioneers counselors, for individuals, it is mainly a clear understanding of their role, enhance the degree of recognition of professional posts. Through the combination of internal and external to provide a certain degree of reference for the solution of the problem. The improvement of the professional development level of the Young Pioneers counselors and the promotion of the professional team development of the Young Pioneers counselors can, on the one hand, meet the needs of the Young Pioneers counselors for their own internal needs and enhance the personal teaching realm. On the other hand, it is a new way to expand the quality development of education. Ideal is plump, reality is bony, the professional development of Young Pioneers counselors is in a preliminary exploration stage, there are a lot of problems need to be solved steadily, it is impossible to find a measure to see the shadow. Therefore, in improving the path of professional development of Young Pioneers counselors, we need to make continuous efforts and adapt to the pace of the times in this process.
