【摘要】：科技和媒體的共贏發(fā)展,使得當今社會的信息傳播形式有了巨大的變革。移動政務平臺出現(xiàn)之前,政府政務信息在傳播時主要通過一層一層的傳達,人民大眾參與政府信息討論的機會很少,這就使得民意調(diào)查很困難,了解民眾的意見在當今社會輿論熱點導向中處于被動地位,處理當今社會在公共事件中表現(xiàn)滯后。但在新媒體時代下,移動政務平臺開通后,政府的信息可以隨時的發(fā)布,人民群眾也可以不受地域限制的討論,進行信息的交流,從而達到服務人民群眾的目的。因此,研究如何提高政府政務信息在移動互聯(lián)時代下傳播的效果,適應媒介技術(shù)的最新變化,達到政府有效治理社會的目標已刻不容緩。本文以如何提高政府政務信息在移動政務平臺的傳播效果為出發(fā)點,對移動政務的概念進行了論述,以及政府信息如何通過移動設備進行傳播�；谖覈幕緡楹驼ぷ鞯默F(xiàn)狀,并以科學技術(shù)哲學為視角,在對媒介技術(shù)與社會發(fā)展需求理論分析的基礎上,對移動政務信息傳播出現(xiàn)的背景和社會功能做了具體分析。用傳播學的理論分析了移動政務在我國的發(fā)展前景,以及政務微博、政務微信、政務APP三種不同方式的移動政務信息傳播模式特點,總結(jié)了移動政務在我國發(fā)展的過程中出現(xiàn)的問題,提出了一些針對性的解決方案。在文章最后舉例分析了“移動政務平臺--中央廚房”的信息融合模式,通過整合移動政務信息發(fā)布平臺,統(tǒng)一收集、統(tǒng)一發(fā)布。來呈現(xiàn)好中國好故事、傳播好中國政務好聲音。本論文研究結(jié)果對于當前我國移動政務的信息傳播具有一定的導向作用。
[Abstract]:With the win-win development of science and media, the form of information communication in today's society has undergone tremendous changes.Before the emergence of the mobile government platform, government government information was mainly transmitted layer by layer when it was disseminated, and there were very few opportunities for the public to participate in the discussion of government information. This made public opinion polls very difficult.Understanding the opinions of the public is in a passive position in the hot spot of public opinion, and it lags behind in dealing with the public events.However, in the new media era, after the opening of mobile government platform, the government information can be released at any time, the people can not be limited by the region of discussion, information exchange, so as to achieve the purpose of serving the people.Therefore, it is urgent to study how to improve the effect of government information dissemination in the era of mobile interconnection, adapt to the latest changes in media technology, and achieve the goal of effective governance of the government.Based on how to improve the communication effect of government information in mobile government platform, this paper discusses the concept of mobile government and how to spread government information through mobile devices.Based on the basic situation of our country and the current situation of government work, and from the perspective of philosophy of science and technology, and on the basis of theoretical analysis of media technology and social development needs,The background and social function of mobile government information dissemination are analyzed in detail.With the theory of communication, this paper analyzes the development prospect of mobile government in our country, and the characteristics of three different modes of mobile government information dissemination: Weibo, WeChat and APP.This paper summarizes the problems in the development of mobile government in China, and puts forward some targeted solutions.At the end of the article, the paper gives an example to analyze the information fusion mode of "mobile government platform-central kitchen", through integrating the mobile government information publishing platform, unified collection, unified release.To present a good story of China, spread a good sound of Chinese government.The results of this paper have a certain guiding effect on the information dissemination of mobile government in our country.
