【摘要】：十八大以來,黨中央堅持思想建黨和制度治黨緊密結(jié)合,以作風(fēng)建設(shè)為主線,以反腐肅紀為重要任務(wù),取得全面從嚴治黨重大成效。全面從嚴治黨是推進黨的建設(shè)新的偉大工程的根本遵循,它的基礎(chǔ)在“全面”,核心在加強黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),關(guān)鍵在“嚴”,要害在“治”。黨員干部作風(fēng)建設(shè)是全面從嚴治黨的切入點、成效反映和重要著力點。全面從嚴治黨也要求黨員干部作風(fēng)建設(shè)加大力度,不斷創(chuàng)新,增強可操作性。作為作風(fēng)建設(shè)關(guān)鍵的黨員干部作風(fēng)建設(shè)在全面從嚴治黨推進過程中得到了加強,但問題仍然存在,集中表現(xiàn)在部分黨員干部脫離群眾、宗旨意識弱化、理想信念動搖、“為官不為”。封建殘余思想和資產(chǎn)階級消極腐化思想的侵蝕、黨員干部黨性修養(yǎng)缺失、相關(guān)制度不完善且制度執(zhí)行力不足、黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部沒有充分發(fā)揮帶頭示范作用是存在問題的主要原因。黨員干部作風(fēng)建設(shè)在全面從嚴治黨中占有重要地位,我們要以全面從嚴治黨以來黨員干部作風(fēng)建設(shè)的鮮活經(jīng)驗為指導(dǎo),從黨員干部的思想建設(shè)、組織建設(shè)、制度建設(shè)、反腐倡廉建設(shè)四個方面探究解決黨員干部作風(fēng)建設(shè)問題的路徑選擇,既是對全面從嚴治黨戰(zhàn)略思想的呼應(yīng),也是全面從嚴治黨順利推進的必然要求。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC Central Committee, the Party Central Committee has adhered to the close integration of ideological party building and institutional governance, took the construction of work style as the main line, and taken anti-corruption and discipline as an important task, and has achieved great results in managing the party in an all-round and strict manner.Comprehensive and strict administration of the Party is the fundamental principle of promoting the new great project of party building. Its foundation lies in "all-round", the core is strengthening the leadership of the Party, the key lies in "strict" and the key is "governing".The construction of the style of Party members and cadres is the entry point for strict administration of the Party.Comprehensive strict administration of the Party also requires Party members and cadres to strengthen the construction of style, innovation, and enhance operability.The work style construction of party members and cadres, which is the key to style building, has been strengthened in the process of comprehensively and strictly administering the party, but the problems still exist, which are mainly manifested in the separation of some party members and cadres from the masses, the weakening of their tenet consciousness, and the vacillation of their ideals and beliefs.Don't be an official.The main reasons for the problems are the erosion of feudal remnant ideology and bourgeois negative corruption ideology, the lack of Party spirit cultivation of party members and cadres, the imperfection of relevant system and the insufficiency of system execution, and the failure of leading cadres to give full play to the leading role of leading cadres.The construction of Party members and cadres' style of work plays an important role in administering the Party in an all-round and strict manner. We should take the fresh experience in the construction of Party members' cadres' style of work since the party's comprehensive and strict administration as our guide, starting with the ideological construction, organizational construction, and system building of party members and cadres.It is not only the echo of the strategic thought of comprehensive and strict administration of the Party, but also the inevitable requirement of the smooth advancement of the Party to probe into the path of solving the problem of building the style of party members from four aspects of the construction of fighting corruption and advocating honesty.
