【摘要】：城市安全是城市規(guī)劃建設(shè)的重要任務(wù),是百姓心之所系,也是城市規(guī)劃學(xué)科的重要議題,通過空間設(shè)計(jì)預(yù)防犯罪是保障城市安全的一種重要方法。然而,目前我國城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)理念普遍缺乏對(duì)城市安全的考慮。社區(qū)安全是城市安全中的重要組成部分,便利店是社區(qū)內(nèi)人流集聚的一種特殊的公共服務(wù)設(shè)施,其良好的空間布局對(duì)社區(qū)安全具有重要作用。因此,研究便利店的空間布局與社區(qū)安全的相關(guān)性具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本研究對(duì)廣州城市社區(qū)24小時(shí)便利店的空間布局以及相應(yīng)社區(qū)的安全情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查,通過分析兩者之間的相關(guān)性,歸納總結(jié)出24小時(shí)便利店的空間布局類型和特點(diǎn)。論文首先開展以現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查為基礎(chǔ),調(diào)查分為城市社區(qū)24小時(shí)便利店的空間布局調(diào)研和社區(qū)的安全情況調(diào)查兩部分。對(duì)便利店的調(diào)查采用圖片記錄法、地圖標(biāo)記法的形式,對(duì)便利店的調(diào)查主要包括空間布局、微空間環(huán)境的調(diào)查。對(duì)社區(qū)安全調(diào)查采用問卷和訪談的形式,主要是對(duì)犯罪的時(shí)空分布情況、社區(qū)居民安全感的調(diào)查。然后在調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了便利店的空間布局與社區(qū)安全兩者之間存在著一定的相關(guān)性。論文對(duì)便利店與社區(qū)安全存在相關(guān)性的原因從空間布局、微空間(建筑空間形式、空間氛圍)等角度做出了解釋,并選取了案例進(jìn)行佐證分析。論文最后基于社區(qū)安全相關(guān)性歸納了便利店的布局類型和特點(diǎn),基于安全性對(duì)我國的社區(qū)規(guī)劃、控制性詳細(xì)規(guī)劃和城市管理進(jìn)行了反思,提出了在社區(qū)規(guī)劃和控制性詳細(xì)規(guī)劃中的措施和建議,以滿足社區(qū)安全建設(shè)的需求。
[Abstract]:Urban safety is not only an important task of urban planning and construction, but also an important subject of urban planning. Crime prevention through space design is an important method to ensure urban safety.However, the concept of urban planning and design in China generally lacks consideration of urban safety.Community safety is an important part of urban security. Convenience store is a special public service facility where people gather in the community, and its good spatial layout plays an important role in community security.Therefore, the study of the spatial layout of convenience stores and the relevance of community safety has important practical significance.This study investigates the spatial layout of 24-hour convenience stores and the safety situation of the corresponding communities in Guangzhou, and summarizes the spatial layout types and characteristics of 24-hour convenience stores by analyzing the correlation between the two.Firstly, based on the current situation survey, the survey is divided into two parts: the spatial layout of the 24-hour convenience stores in the urban community and the safety situation of the community.The investigation of convenience store is in the form of picture recording and map marking. The investigation of convenience store mainly includes spatial layout and micro-space environment.The questionnaire and interview were used to investigate community safety, mainly to investigate the temporal and spatial distribution of crime and the sense of security of community residents.Then, on the basis of the survey data, the paper analyzes the relationship between the spatial layout of convenience stores and community safety.The paper explains the reasons of the relationship between convenience store and community safety from the perspective of spatial layout, micro-space (architectural space form, spatial atmosphere), and selects a case for analysis.Finally, the paper summarizes the layout types and characteristics of convenience stores based on the relevance of community safety, and reflects on the community planning, controlling detailed planning and urban management based on safety.The measures and suggestions in community planning and controlling detailed planning are put forward to meet the needs of community safety construction.
