【摘要】：市場經(jīng)濟改革20多年來,我國社會經(jīng)濟飛速發(fā)展,社會生活日新月異,發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化。與此同時,也產(chǎn)生了一系列社會問題,包括城鄉(xiāng)區(qū)域之間的各種差距越來越大,人口流動量較之三十年前翻了幾番,流動人口管理難度加大等。本文通過調(diào)查訪談法、文獻分析法,試圖從人口流動的相關(guān)概念入手,通過對廣州市白云區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部流動人口管理現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查和分析,并進而針對存在的問題提出具有可操作性的解決措施,實現(xiàn)論題的理論研究意義;同時通過對廣州市白云區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部流動人口管理的透徹性研究,期望讓社會各界對城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部流動人口有一個深刻且清晰、真實的認識,為白云區(qū)管理流動人口管理提供力所能及的幫助及提出建設(shè)性的解決方案,從而達到論題的實踐意義。本文的研究工作初步探討了廣州市白云區(qū)流動人口聚集區(qū)域發(fā)展中的社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,重點討論了白云區(qū)在發(fā)展中的流動人口管理問題,并對以上問題提出了相應(yīng)解決方案及可采取措施,希望由此拋磚引玉,引起社會各界對城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部流動人口管理的重視與有關(guān)部門的在管理理念上的更新、轉(zhuǎn)變,以期對我國流動人口管理的完善有所幫助。
[Abstract]:Over the past 20 years or so since the reform of the market economy, China's social economy has developed rapidly and social life has changed with each passing day. At the same time, a series of social problems have also emerged, including the growing gap between urban and rural areas. Population turnover has increased by several times compared with 30 years ago, and the management of floating population has become more difficult. This paper attempts to start with the related concepts of population mobility through the methods of investigation and interview, literature analysis, and so on. Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of floating population management in Baiyun District of Guangzhou City, the paper puts forward some feasible measures to solve the problems, and realizes the theoretical research significance of the topic. At the same time, through a thorough study of the management of the floating population in the urban and rural areas of Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, we hope that all sectors of society will have a deep, clear and true understanding of the floating population in the urban and rural areas. To provide assistance and constructive solutions to the management of the floating population in Baiyun District, In order to achieve the practical significance of the topic, the research work of this paper preliminarily discusses the current situation of social and economic development in the development of floating population gathering area in Baiyun District of Guangzhou, with emphasis on the management of floating population in Baiyun District. And put forward the corresponding solutions to the above problems and the measures that can be taken, hoping that this will lead to the attention of all sectors of society to the management of the floating population in the urban and rural areas, and the renewal and transformation of the management concepts of the relevant departments.
