【摘要】：發(fā)展是當(dāng)今時代的主題,是解決當(dāng)今中國所有問題乃至世界問題的關(guān)鍵。在全球化、信息化的時代背景下,圍繞發(fā)展所推衍出來的一系列問題,如發(fā)展什么、怎樣發(fā)展、發(fā)展為了誰等,尤須慎重作答。中國共產(chǎn)黨的十八大以來,以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央圍繞當(dāng)前我國改革和發(fā)展、治黨治國等方面發(fā)表了一系列的重要講話,提出了很多新思想、新觀點和新論斷,深刻地回答了黨和國家發(fā)展的重大問題,體現(xiàn)了新一屆中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體的治國理政的思想。這其中,習(xí)近平發(fā)展理念是在堅持和發(fā)展中國特色社會主義發(fā)展理念的基礎(chǔ)上,立足世界高度、解決中國現(xiàn)實問題,面向未來的、科學(xué)的、系統(tǒng)的、理性的認(rèn)識成果,是符合當(dāng)代中國國情、順應(yīng)時代發(fā)展潮流的思想結(jié)晶。因此,我們可以說,習(xí)近平發(fā)展理念是治國理政思想的總結(jié)提煉和升華,也是馬克思主義中國化的最新理論結(jié)晶。簡要說來,習(xí)近平發(fā)展理念不僅是對中國優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的傳承,對毛澤東思想、中國特色社會主義理論體系的繼承和創(chuàng)新,而且是對馬克思主義理論的發(fā)展,更是對不斷發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實的客觀、科學(xué)的總結(jié)和凝練。其立足新常態(tài)的基本國情,以實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興中國夢為目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向,以治國理政思想為指引,以全面深化改革為動力,以全面從嚴(yán)治黨、全面依法治國與踐行社會主義核心價值觀等為政治保障、制度保障和宣傳保障,最終回到以人民為中心,體現(xiàn)了中國共產(chǎn)黨立黨為公執(zhí)政為民、不忘初心的基本宗旨和高尚情懷。通過研究習(xí)近平發(fā)展理念,我們可以很清晰地看到其所具有的創(chuàng)新性、民本性、系統(tǒng)性和實踐性。從這個意義上來說,習(xí)近平發(fā)展理念不僅是馬克思主義在當(dāng)代中國的具體表現(xiàn),更是我們進(jìn)行社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的基本指導(dǎo)思想。因此,這樣的研究,不僅是對馬克思主義理論的傳播和發(fā)展,更是對中國社會發(fā)展的精神指引。從這個角度來說,論文的寫作不僅具有理論價值,更具有現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:Development is the theme of the present era and the key to solving all the problems in China and even the world. Moreover, it is the development of Marxist theory as well as the objective, scientific summary and condensing of the constantly developing reality. It is based on the basic national conditions of the new normal and is oriented towards the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, Chinese Dream. Guided by the thought of governing the country, taking the comprehensive deepening of the reform as the motive force, governing the party strictly in an all-round way, governing the country according to law and practicing the core values of socialism as political security, the system guarantee and propaganda guarantee, and finally returning to the people as the center, It embodies the basic purpose and noble feelings of the Communist Party of China in establishing the party for the common administration and serving the people. By studying Xi Jinping's development concept, we can clearly see its innovation and the nature of the people. Systematic and practical. In this sense, Xi Jinping's concept of development is not only a concrete manifestation of Marxism in contemporary China, but also a basic guiding ideology for our socialist modernization drive. It is not only the spread and development of Marxist theory, but also the spiritual guide to the development of Chinese society.
