【摘要】：中國政黨協(xié)商民主是中國共產(chǎn)黨與各民主黨派在長期團(tuán)結(jié)合作過程中形成的,是社會主義協(xié)商民主的重要渠道和形式,是協(xié)商民主在中國特色政黨制度中的運(yùn)用和體現(xiàn)。在梳理政黨協(xié)商民主發(fā)展歷程基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)優(yōu)秀經(jīng)驗(yàn),繼承優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng),推進(jìn)社會主義協(xié)商民主在新形勢下進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮積極作用,這對于民主政治的深化發(fā)展具有重大而深遠(yuǎn)的意義。論文運(yùn)用規(guī)范研究法對中國政黨協(xié)商民主的歷程與經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行具體分析、邏輯論證;運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)分析方法研究中國政黨協(xié)商民主與社會主義民主政治、社會主義協(xié)商民主之間的緊密聯(lián)系以及其各構(gòu)成要素之間的聯(lián)系;運(yùn)用歷史與邏輯相結(jié)合的方法對中國政黨協(xié)商民主的歷史進(jìn)程進(jìn)行了回顧與梳理,從而體現(xiàn)中國政黨協(xié)商民主的形成和發(fā)展是歷史與邏輯的統(tǒng)一。論文首先對中國政黨協(xié)商民主的相關(guān)理論研究成果進(jìn)行了梳理,并以此為基礎(chǔ)來構(gòu)建中國政黨協(xié)商民主的歷程與經(jīng)驗(yàn)研究的框架結(jié)構(gòu)。論文分四個部分對中國政黨協(xié)商民主的歷程與經(jīng)驗(yàn)展開論述:第一部分:緒論。本部分主要介紹本文選題背景及意義、研究現(xiàn)狀綜述、研究思路與方法、框架結(jié)構(gòu)與創(chuàng)新之處等內(nèi)容。第二部分:中國政黨協(xié)商民主的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵。本部分先對社會主義協(xié)商民主進(jìn)行概念界定,分別從其概念提出、本質(zhì)屬性及其與政黨協(xié)商民主的關(guān)系這三方面展開論述。之后,從經(jīng)典馬克思主義和中國化馬克思主義兩個角度闡釋了中國政黨協(xié)商民主的理論基礎(chǔ)。最后,從概念界定、主要特征入手詳述了中國政黨協(xié)商民主的主要內(nèi)涵。第三部分:中國政黨協(xié)商民主的歷史進(jìn)程。本部分梳理了中國政黨協(xié)商民主的形成發(fā)展歷史進(jìn)程,把中國政黨協(xié)商民主的歷史進(jìn)程劃分為形成、發(fā)展和完善三個階段,以此來理清政黨協(xié)商民主在中國的形成和發(fā)展脈絡(luò)。第四部分:中國政黨協(xié)商民主的基本經(jīng)驗(yàn)與啟示。本部分是在考察中國政黨協(xié)商民主的歷史進(jìn)程基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步歸納出其基本經(jīng)驗(yàn)與啟示:堅持共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo);以增進(jìn)黨內(nèi)協(xié)商民主推動政黨協(xié)商民主發(fā)展;共產(chǎn)黨協(xié)助民主黨派提升協(xié)商能力;推進(jìn)政黨協(xié)商民主制度化規(guī)范化程序化建設(shè)。本文對中國政黨協(xié)商民主的歷程與經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究,在理論觀點(diǎn)、研究視角、文獻(xiàn)資料使用等方面均有所創(chuàng)新。中國政黨協(xié)商民主是中國共產(chǎn)黨與各民主黨派在長期團(tuán)結(jié)合作過程中形成的,具有長期而豐富的實(shí)踐,但與此相比,其理論成果尚顯薄弱。鑒于此,本文在借鑒其他學(xué)者觀點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對中國政黨協(xié)商民主的基本經(jīng)驗(yàn)與啟示等方面的觀點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了豐富與拓展,如提出以增進(jìn)黨內(nèi)協(xié)商民主推動政黨協(xié)商民主發(fā)展、共產(chǎn)黨協(xié)助民主黨派提升協(xié)商能力的觀點(diǎn)。同時,本文在文獻(xiàn)資料使用中,除了使用馬克思主義經(jīng)典著作、中國共產(chǎn)黨經(jīng)典文獻(xiàn)及人民政協(xié)文獻(xiàn)等相關(guān)資料外,還綜合借鑒和運(yùn)用了政治學(xué)、黨史學(xué)、社會學(xué)等多學(xué)科方法,并規(guī)范運(yùn)用了國外相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)著作和譯著。
[Abstract]:China cppdd Chinese is the Communist Party and the democratic parties in the formation of long-term cooperation in the process, is an important channel and form socialist deliberative democracy, deliberative democracy is the application and embodiment of political party system in Chinese characteristics.
