【摘要】：反腐倡廉、加強黨的廉政建設(shè)一向是中國共產(chǎn)黨政治生活中的主要任務(wù),我黨自成立以來在這項工作上已經(jīng)取得不朽的成績,特別是黨的十八大以來,中央將反“四風(fēng)”作為突破口,以無禁區(qū)、全覆蓋、零容忍的態(tài)度和行動打擊各類腐敗現(xiàn)象,初步形成了“不敢腐”、“不能腐”的良好局面,但腐敗之風(fēng)仍然沒有徹底根除,政治生態(tài)依舊“霧霾”重重,因此,我們必須時刻把反腐擺在黨的政治生活的重要的位置來抓,并以必勝的心態(tài)和長期的堅持打贏這場硬戰(zhàn)。毛澤東同志的反腐思想內(nèi)容豐富、策略新穎,影響深遠(yuǎn),初步形成了教育、自律、法制、監(jiān)督相結(jié)合的治腐模板,開創(chuàng)了我黨反腐倡廉工作的理論先河,是我黨加強黨風(fēng)建設(shè)的理論財富,這一套反腐經(jīng)驗“放之四海而皆準(zhǔn)”(1),因此,在新形勢下重新思考并借鑒毛澤東反腐倡廉思想必定能為我國當(dāng)前的黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)提供必要的理論依據(jù)和實踐經(jīng)驗,必定能夠為純潔黨的肌體指明全新的思路。文章緒論部分闡述了論文的選題背景與研究意義、國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀以及研究思路與研究方法;第二部分對毛澤東反腐思想及其黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了闡述;第三部分對毛澤東反腐思想產(chǎn)生的淵源及其形成過程進(jìn)行了論述;第四部分對毛澤東反腐思想的主要內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了分析;第五部分對毛澤東反腐思想的特點進(jìn)行了研究;第六部分對毛澤東反腐思想對當(dāng)前黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)的啟示進(jìn)行了深入地探析。毛澤東反腐思想策略實用,意義非凡,盡管時移世易它的價值仍然熠熠生輝,因此,繼續(xù)加強反腐倡廉教育、提高黨員黨性修養(yǎng)、深化廉潔制度建設(shè)、暢通內(nèi)外監(jiān)督渠道勢在必行。
[Abstract]:Combating corruption and advocating honesty and strengthening the building of a clean and honest party has always been the main task in the political life of the Communist Party of China. Our party has made immortal achievements in this work since its founding, especially since the 18 National Congress of the Party. The Central Committee has taken the anti-" four winds "as a breakthrough point, with no restricted area, full coverage, zero tolerance attitude and actions to crack down on all kinds of corruption, and has initially formed a good situation of" not to corrupt "or" not to corrupt, "but the corrupt wind has still not been completely eradicated. The political ecology is still full of "haze". Therefore, we must always put anti-corruption in an important position in the party's political life, and win this hard battle with a winning mentality and long-term persistence. Comrade Mao Zedong's anti-corruption ideology is rich in content. The strategy is novel and far-reaching. It has initially formed a model for the prevention and cure of corruption by combining education, self-discipline, legal system and supervision. It has created a theoretical precedent for our party's work in combating corruption and advocating honesty, and is the theoretical wealth of our party in strengthening the construction of party style. This set of anti-corruption experiences is "universally applicable". Therefore, under the new situation, rethinking and drawing lessons from Mao Zedong's thought on combating corruption and advocating clean government will certainly provide the necessary theoretical basis and practical experience for the construction of a clean and honest party style in our country. It must be able to point out a new way of thinking for the body of the Pure Party. The introduction part of the article expounds the background and significance of the thesis, the research status at home and abroad, as well as the research ideas and research methods; The second part expounds Mao Zedong's anti-corruption thought and the related concepts of building a clean and honest party style, the third part discusses the origin and formation process of Mao Zedong's anti-corruption thought. Part 4th analyzes the main contents of Mao Zedong's anti-corruption thought, part 5th studies the characteristics of Mao Zedong's anti-corruption thought; The 6th part makes a deep analysis of the enlightenment of Mao Zedong's anti-corruption thought to the construction of the party style and clean government at present. Mao Zedong's anti-corruption ideology and tactics are practical and of great significance, although the value of the anti-corruption ideology is still shining, so, It is imperative to strengthen anti-corruption education, improve party spirit cultivation, deepen the construction of clean system and unblock internal and external supervision channels.
