【摘要】：民營經(jīng)濟(jì)是我國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分,民營企業(yè)作為民營經(jīng)濟(jì)的主力,已經(jīng)成為我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的生力軍,它對于增加就業(yè),推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,活躍市場,促進(jìn)創(chuàng)新具有重要作用。三十余年來民營企業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r直接關(guān)系到我國經(jīng)濟(jì)是否能夠平穩(wěn)健康的發(fā)展和社會的穩(wěn)定。民營企業(yè)思想政治工作作為民營企業(yè)發(fā)展的一個(gè)方面,隨著民營企業(yè)的逐漸壯大,其重要性也越來越凸顯。民營企業(yè)思想政治工作有必要走在企業(yè)發(fā)展的前端,為企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供強(qiáng)大的精神力量和智力支持。然而,在現(xiàn)實(shí)中,民營企業(yè)思想政治工作的開展還存在許多問題。因此,為了深入分析民營企業(yè)思想政治工作開展中的問題,為了讓各界重視民營企業(yè)思想政治工作的發(fā)展,為了提高民營企業(yè)思想政治工作的時(shí)效性,為了民族偉大復(fù)興的“中國夢”的實(shí)現(xiàn),本文從四個(gè)部分論述了當(dāng)代民營企業(yè)思想政治工作的發(fā)展問題。第一部分:緒論。首先對文章的選題背景及研究意義做了介紹,其次考察了國內(nèi)外對民營企業(yè)思想政治工作研究的現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)而闡述了文章的研究思路和研究方法,最后在對文章總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,說明了文章的創(chuàng)新和不足。第二部分:民營企業(yè)思想政治工作相關(guān)概述。從民營企業(yè)的內(nèi)涵和特征以及民營企業(yè)思想政治工作的內(nèi)涵、特點(diǎn)和功能入手,在充分了解民營企業(yè)思想政治工作的基礎(chǔ)上,探索了民營企業(yè)思想政治工作的必要性和重要性,指出民營企業(yè)思想政治工作有助于提高企業(yè)員工素質(zhì),凝聚企業(yè)人心,進(jìn)而推動(dòng)企業(yè)健康快速發(fā)展。第三部分:民營企業(yè)思想政治工作的現(xiàn)狀。本部分是論文寫作的核心。首先,分析了民營企業(yè)思想政治工作所取得的成績。民營企業(yè)、政府越來越重視思想政治工作,對思想政治工作的關(guān)注程度也在不斷提高,并且開展民營企業(yè)思想政治工作也有效地緩解了勞資矛盾。其次,分析了民營企業(yè)思想政治工作存在的問題。政府、企業(yè)主以及企業(yè)員工對民營企業(yè)思想政治工作的意識淡薄,進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致民營企業(yè)思想政治工作得不到很好的貫徹,加上民營企業(yè)思想政治工作內(nèi)容單一、形式僵化,導(dǎo)致許多民營企業(yè)思想政治工作舉步維艱。最后,針對所面臨的問題闡釋了問題產(chǎn)生的主要原因。主要是因?yàn)檎�、企業(yè)主以及企業(yè)員工對企業(yè)思想政治工作的重視還不足、民營企業(yè)思想政治工作的組織機(jī)構(gòu)不健全、民營企業(yè)思想政治工作隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的缺失以及企業(yè)文化建設(shè)不力。第四部分:民營企業(yè)思想政治工作建設(shè)的路徑。本部分是論文研究的重點(diǎn)。從五個(gè)方面,探索民營企業(yè)思想政治工作建設(shè)的主要路徑。從思想政治工作主體的角度,加強(qiáng)政府和民營企業(yè)對思想政治工作的認(rèn)識,增強(qiáng)重視程度;建立民營企業(yè)思想政治工作發(fā)展壯大的新環(huán)境,進(jìn)而為企業(yè)思想政治工作的推進(jìn)營造良好的環(huán)境;完善民營企業(yè)思想政治工作組織機(jī)構(gòu),健全民營企業(yè)黨組織、工會和婦聯(lián)以及政工部門,使民營企業(yè)的思想政治工作有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、有組織、有計(jì)劃地開展;豐富民營企業(yè)思想政治工作的內(nèi)容和方法,使民營企業(yè)思想政治工作既具有針對性也具有時(shí)代感;加強(qiáng)民營企業(yè)思想政治工作企業(yè)文化載體建設(shè),使民營企業(yè)的企業(yè)文化既具有厚重的文化底蘊(yùn),又與思想政治教育緊密相關(guān),還具有自身特色,從而為企業(yè)思想政治工作服務(wù),推進(jìn)民營企業(yè)的發(fā)展�？傊�,民營企業(yè)思想政治工作不僅對于企業(yè)自身發(fā)展至關(guān)重要,對于整個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會穩(wěn)定良性發(fā)展也是必不可少的。本文在理論和實(shí)踐探索的基礎(chǔ)上,對民營企業(yè)思想政治工作問題進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析和路徑探索,力圖為我國民營企業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展提供一定的借鑒和啟示。
