【摘要】：2016年的美國總統(tǒng)大選備受世人關注。在此次大選中,唐納德·特朗普,一位毫無從政經(jīng)驗的商人,以壓倒性的優(yōu)勢在共和黨內(nèi)總統(tǒng)初選中一路過關斬將,成功獲得提名,又在隨后的大選角逐中擊敗政治經(jīng)驗豐富的民主黨總統(tǒng)候選人希拉里·克林頓,最終贏得大選。特朗普因在競選中發(fā)表富有爭議的政治言論和主張而遭到眾多主流媒體和精英群體的批評,稱其披著民粹主義的外衣煽動民眾對政府、社會精英、外來移民和少數(shù)族裔的仇恨情緒,以實現(xiàn)其政治野心。關于特朗普的競選與民粹主義的關系由此成為本次大選最為熱門的話題。本文以美國民粹主義的淵源及內(nèi)涵為基礎,深入探討特朗普的競選活動與美國民粹主義傳統(tǒng)之間的繼承性與關聯(lián)性,以美國主義,人民至上主義和反精英主義為代表的美國民粹主義的三大主題為主線,對民粹主義在特朗普競選中的具體表現(xiàn)進行客觀全面的分析。當代美國民粹主義圍繞著特朗普的總統(tǒng)競選重新煥發(fā)出強大的生命力并在美國政壇取得前所未有的勝利。首先,以“使美國重新強大”的競選口號為基礎,特朗普高舉著變革的大旗吸引大量民眾匯聚到其選舉陣營。其次,特朗普把“美國至上”主義作為其執(zhí)政的最高準則,并由此提出“美國至上”的外交政策和經(jīng)濟主張,喚醒民眾的愛國主義情懷。再次,對于那些“被遺忘”和“被邊緣化”的美國白人工人階級,特朗普點燃了他們壓抑已久的憤怒情緒,在他們中間掀起了一陣排除在經(jīng)濟繁榮之外的不滿情緒、排外的種族主義情緒和對宗教正統(tǒng)擔憂的危機情緒,并喚起了白人工人階級對男子氣概的懷舊之情。最后,通過引發(fā)民眾對政治建制派和主流媒體的失望情緒,特朗普加深了大眾和精英的對立,并對“政治正確”的教條展開抨擊和批判,最終以敢于沖擊權威的平民領袖形象贏得了大批選民的信任和支持�？v觀特朗普的總統(tǒng)競選之路,他不僅只把民粹主義作為其競選策略,而是用對普通美國人有著巨大吸引力的民粹主義辭令表達其政治觀點和主張,最終匯聚民粹主義力量,走向權利的巔峰。
[Abstract]:The US presidential election of 2016 has attracted worldwide attention. Donald Trump in the general election, an untested businessman, with an overwhelming advantage in the Republican presidential primaries in all the way through, the success of the nomination, and in the subsequent election race defeated experienced political democratic presidential candidate Hilllary Clinton eventually won the election. Trump for his controversial political claims in the campaign by many mainstream media and elite criticism, said in its populist coat inciting people against the government, social elite, immigration and ethnic hatred, to achieve their political ambitions. The relationship about Trump's populist campaign and became the most popular topic in this election. On the basis of the origin and connotation of American populism, in-depth study The inheritance and the relationship between the trump campaign and American populism tradition, in the United States, people's supremacy and anti elitism populism as the representative of the United States three themes as the main line, the specific performance of populism in the Trump campaign is analyzed objectively. The contemporary American populism around Trump's presidential campaign again strong vitality and achieve victory in the hitherto unknown American politics.
