【摘要】：本文對馬克思正義思想的研究,基于對"馬克思認為資本主義是正義的"這一命題的思考。論文從"馬克思是否認為資本主義是正義的"這個問題出發(fā),基于馬克思主義的經(jīng)典文本,分析馬克思正義思想中所蘊含的事實判斷與價值判斷之間的矛盾,得出馬克思的正義思想是事實判斷的結(jié)論,從而對馬克思正義思想的性質(zhì)進行界定。在對馬克思正義思想定性的基礎(chǔ)上,論文回到經(jīng)典文本,從解讀"正義"概念出發(fā),分析馬克思對古典主義和自由主義"正義"概念的批判,挖掘"正義"思想在馬克思文本中的內(nèi)涵。論文從馬克思正義思想的整體性出發(fā),分析正義觀念在馬克思思想中的內(nèi)在演變,探尋馬克思從追尋正義到批判正義,再從批判正義到超越正義的思想轉(zhuǎn)變過程。論文從馬克思正義思想的批判性視角出發(fā),重點解讀馬克思對普魯東、拉薩爾、吉爾巴特等人正義思想批判的文本,追溯馬克思批判性正義思想的發(fā)展歷程。論文主要從剩余價值理論、按需分配、人的自由而全面發(fā)展三個維度解讀馬克思文本中的正義思想,總結(jié)出馬克思正義思想所包含的批判與建構(gòu)相統(tǒng)一、真理與價值相統(tǒng)一、邏輯與歷史相統(tǒng)一的基本特質(zhì),從而為初步建構(gòu)馬克思正義思想提供理論支撐。論文對馬克思正義思想的研究方法及其對當代中國和全球正義問題的啟示進行了探討。堅持以歷史唯物主義為指導,理論的繼承與發(fā)展相結(jié)合、在實踐中創(chuàng)新和完善的研究方法來討論馬克思的正義思想。對資本主義制度的正義性、當代中國特色社會主義實踐下正義問題以及未來共產(chǎn)主義社會"是否需要正義"的問題進行了探討。馬克思的正義思想是呈現(xiàn)歷史唯物主義的正義思想。論文始終堅持歷史唯物主義的思想原則,一方面,對馬克思的文本進行解讀,挖掘正義在馬克思文本中的內(nèi)涵,探析馬克思正義思想的發(fā)展歷程;另一方面,依據(jù)新的時代條件,賦予馬克思正義思想新的內(nèi)涵,創(chuàng)新馬克思正義思想的時代內(nèi)容。做到既彰顯馬克思的歷史唯物主義,又體現(xiàn)馬克思的價值關(guān)懷,將馬克思思想的科學性與革命性結(jié)合起來。
[Abstract]:This article studies Marx's just thought, based on the thought of the proposition that Marx thinks capitalism is just. The thesis starts from the question of whether Marx thinks capitalism is just. Based on the classic text of Marxism, this paper analyzes the contradiction between the fact judgment and the value judgment contained in Marx's justice thought, and draws the conclusion that Marx's justice thought is the fact judgment. In order to define the nature of Marx's thought of justice. On the basis of the qualitative analysis of Marx's thought of justice, the paper goes back to the classic text and starts from the interpretation of the concept of "justice". This paper analyzes Marx's criticism of the concept of classicism and liberalism "justice", and excavates the connotation of "justice" thought in Marx's text. This paper analyzes the internal evolution of the concept of justice in Marx's thought, and explores Marx's transition from pursuing justice to criticizing justice. From the critical justice to the process of transcending justice. From the critical perspective of Marx's justice thought, this paper focuses on interpreting the text of Marx's criticism of justice thought of Prudential, LaSalle, Gilbart and so on. Tracing back to the development course of Marx's critical justice thought. The thesis mainly interprets the justice thought in Marx's text from the three dimensions of surplus value theory, distribution according to demand, human freedom and all-round development. This paper summarizes the basic characteristics of Marx's thought of justice, including the unity of criticism and construction, the unity of truth and value, and the unity of logic and history. Therefore, it provides theoretical support for the preliminary construction of Marx's just thought. This paper probes into the research method of Marx's justice thought and its enlightenment to the contemporary China and the global justice problem, and insists on taking historical materialism as the reference. Guide. Combining the inheritance and development of theory, the author discusses the justice thought of Marx and the justice of capitalist system by innovating and perfecting the research method in practice. The problem of Justice in the practice of Contemporary Socialism with Chinese characteristics and the "need of Justice" in the Future Communist Society. Marx's just thought is the justice thought that presents historical materialism. The thesis always adheres to the thought principle of historical materialism. On the one hand, it interprets Marx's text, excavates the connotation of justice in Marx's text, and probes into the development course of Marx's justice thought. On the other hand, according to the new conditions of the times, give Marx a new connotation of the thought of justice, and innovate the content of the era of Marxist thought of justice, so as to highlight Marx's historical materialism. Also embodies Marx's value concern, will Marx thought the scientific nature and the revolutionary union.
