【摘要】：隨著大慶市經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,老年人生活水平的提高,大慶市老齡化越來越嚴(yán)重。由大慶市新出臺的《大慶市養(yǎng)老服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿蟾妗凤@示:大慶市目前60歲以上老年人口達42萬人,占全市人口比重已達15.1%。在這種嚴(yán)峻形勢下,發(fā)展旅游養(yǎng)老服務(wù),不僅可以滿足老年人日益增長的需求,而且有利于社會的和諧與穩(wěn)定。對老年人口眾多的大慶市而言,發(fā)展旅游養(yǎng)老服務(wù)潛力巨大。但從總體上看,大慶市發(fā)展旅游養(yǎng)老服務(wù)仍存在跨省基本醫(yī)療保險異地就醫(yī)結(jié)算不便利等問題�；谝陨媳尘�,對老年人口旅游養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的相關(guān)概念進行了明確界定,分析了老年人口旅游養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的理論基礎(chǔ),以確定研究對象為大慶市老年人口旅游養(yǎng)老服務(wù);通過文獻法,對大慶市老年人口旅游養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀進行了簡單歸納,指出了大慶市老年人口旅游養(yǎng)老服務(wù)中存在的主要問題,包括跨省基本醫(yī)療保險異地就醫(yī)結(jié)算不便利、旅游養(yǎng)老信息供給不足、旅游養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)品匱乏、旅游養(yǎng)老專業(yè)服務(wù)人才缺失等,并對問題成因進行分析;通過調(diào)查研究法,結(jié)合大慶市老年人的實際情況,對大慶市老年人口的旅游養(yǎng)老意愿進行調(diào)查并定量分析其影響因素;通過文獻法,結(jié)合大慶市實際,分析國內(nèi)外旅游養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的優(yōu)秀經(jīng)驗對大慶市產(chǎn)生的一些啟示,如:采取靈活的促銷手段進行宣傳;針對大慶市老年人口旅游養(yǎng)老服務(wù)存在的問題提出了相應(yīng)的對策建議,包括完善基本醫(yī)療保險異地就醫(yī)結(jié)算制度、推進"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+旅游養(yǎng)老"信息平臺建設(shè)、開發(fā)多種形式的旅游養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)品、加強旅游養(yǎng)老專業(yè)服務(wù)人才培養(yǎng)。讓完善的旅游養(yǎng)老服務(wù)成為越來越多大慶市老年人的選擇,緩解大慶市老齡化的壓力。
[Abstract]:With the economic development of Daqing City, the living standards of the elderly have been improved. Daqing aging is becoming more and more serious. According to the report on the Development potential of Daqing's Endowment Service Industry, the population over 60 years old in Daqing City now reaches 420,000 people. The proportion of population in the city has reached 15.1.In this grim situation, the development of tourism pension services can not only meet the growing needs of the elderly. And conducive to social harmony and stability. For the elderly population of Daqing City, the development of tourism pension service has great potential, but from the overall point of view. The development of tourism old-age service in Daqing City still exists problems such as cross-provincial basic medical insurance is not convenient for medical settlement. Based on the above background, the concept of tourism old-age service for the elderly population is clearly defined. This paper analyzes the theoretical basis of the tourism old-age service for the elderly population, and takes the study object as the tourism old-age service of the elderly population in Daqing city. Through the literature method, this paper summarizes the current situation of tourism old-age service for the elderly population in Daqing City, and points out the main problems in tourism old-age service of the elderly population in Daqing City. Including the inter-provincial basic medical insurance is not convenient to seek medical settlement, tourism pension information supply is insufficient, tourism pension products are scarce, tourism pension professional service personnel are missing, and the causes of the problem are analyzed. Through the investigation and research method, combined with the actual situation of the old people in Daqing City, this paper investigates the tourism old-age willingness of the elderly population in Daqing City and quantitatively analyzes its influencing factors. Through the method of literature, combined with the reality of Daqing City, this paper analyzes some inspirations from the excellent experience of tourism old-age service at home and abroad to Daqing City, such as: adopting flexible means of promotion; In the light of the problems existing in the tourism old-age service of the elderly population in Daqing City, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, including perfecting the medical settlement system of the basic medical insurance in different places, and promoting the construction of the information platform of "Internet tourism old-age care". The development of various forms of tourism pension products, strengthening the tourism pension professional service personnel training, so that the perfect tourism pension services become more and more Daqing elderly choice, ease the pressure of aging in Daqing.
