【摘要】：習(xí)近平黨建思想是馬克思主義黨建思想同新時期中國的具體實際和時代特點相結(jié)合的科學(xué)體系,在對馬克思主義黨建理論繼承的基礎(chǔ)上,有一定的發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新,具有豐富的理論價值和現(xiàn)實的實踐價值。本文研究和討論了習(xí)近平黨建思想的形成歷程,分析闡述了習(xí)近平黨建思想的特征,歸納總結(jié)了習(xí)近平黨建思想的時代價值。論文以習(xí)近平黨建思想的形成條件為主線,重點學(xué)習(xí)研究習(xí)近平黨建思想的特征和時代價值。論文主體分為五部分:第一章緒論部分,在對論文選題的國內(nèi)外研究文獻做了細致梳理分析的基礎(chǔ)上,把握和論述了選題的研究背景、目的和意義及國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。第二章論述了習(xí)近平黨建思想的形成條件。馬克思恩格斯的黨建思想、列寧的黨建思想、中國歷屆領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體的黨建思想,同時充分吸收世界各國重要政黨執(zhí)政興衰的經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn),總結(jié)中國共產(chǎn)黨自身建設(shè)和革命建設(shè)經(jīng)驗,使之成為習(xí)近平黨建思想產(chǎn)生的理論淵源;復(fù)雜多變的國際環(huán)境,新老問題交織的國內(nèi)環(huán)境;尖銳的"四大風(fēng)險"和"四大考驗"的黨內(nèi)情況,成為了習(xí)近平黨建思想產(chǎn)生的現(xiàn)實條件;習(xí)近平黨建思想的形成還受到他成長中家庭教育的熏陶,同時與他在基層工作實踐和個人的價值追求息息相關(guān)。第三章論述了習(xí)近平黨建思想的特征。作為論文重點部分,在這一部分詳細研究和論述了習(xí)近平黨建思想的特征:中國共產(chǎn)黨作為執(zhí)政黨,明確黨的執(zhí)政理念,辦好中國的事情,關(guān)鍵在黨;從嚴(yán)管黨治黨戰(zhàn)略是習(xí)近平黨建思想的顯著特征,治國必先治黨,治黨必先治吏;強化黨的自覺意識是習(xí)近平總書記黨建思想的最核心特點。十八大以來,習(xí)近平系列重要講話中都貫穿著強化黨的意識這一重要思想脈絡(luò)。黨的意識是政黨的靈魂,是執(zhí)政黨帶有根本性的問題,是共產(chǎn)黨員政治覺悟和黨性的集中體現(xiàn),加強黨的自覺意識,開展了群眾路線教育實踐活動、"二嚴(yán)三實"專題教育、"兩學(xué)一做"學(xué)習(xí)教育等實踐活動,全面強化黨的自覺意識,提高黨的先進性和純潔性。第四章論述了習(xí)近平黨建思想的時代價值。習(xí)近平黨建思想的產(chǎn)生,豐富和深化了馬克思主義黨建思想理論寶庫,全面提高了黨的建設(shè)科學(xué)化水平,成為實現(xiàn)中國夢科學(xué)的行動指南。對黨建思想規(guī)律的探索,有利于我黨改進工作作風(fēng),密切聯(lián)系群眾,鞏固和堅強黨的執(zhí)政黨地位,有利于推動和實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國夢進程。在本次論文寫作過程中中,筆者細致剖析了習(xí)近平黨建思想的形成條件,在對習(xí)近平黨建思想特征理解和認知的基礎(chǔ)上,積極探索其在黨的自身建設(shè)和社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)中的時代價值。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping thought is the scientific system of practical China and characteristics of the times of Marx's party building thought with the combination of the new period, based on the inheritance of Marx s theory on Party construction, development and innovation, has rich theoretical value and practical value. This paper studies and discusses the formation process of Xi Jinping's party building thought and analyzes the characteristics of Xi Jinping's party building thought, summarizes the value of Xi Jinping's party building thought. The formation conditions of Xi Jinping's thought of Party construction as the main line, characteristics and value of the times of Xi Jinping's Party Building Thought on learning. The thesis is divided into five parts: the first chapter is the introduction part, the thesis research literature at home and abroad the basis of careful combing analysis, grasp and discusses the topics of the research background, purpose and significance and the domestic and foreign research status second. The chapter discusses the formation conditions of Xi Jinping's thought of Party construction. The party building thought of Engels Marx, Lenin's party building thought, thought Chinese successive collective leadership, and fully absorb the experience and lessons of the world an important party of the rise and fall of the Communist Party of Chinese, summarizes the construction and revolution of construction experience, make it become the theoretical origin of Xi Jinping party building thought; the complicated and changeable international environment, the domestic environment of old and new issues are intertwined; sharp "four big risk" and "Four Test" of the party, become the actual conditions of Xi Jinping's party building thought produced; the formation of Xi Jinping's party building thought by his growing family education influence, is closely related to the practical work at the grassroots level and at the same time the pursuit of the value of the individual with him. The third chapter discusses the characteristics of Xi Jinping's party building thought. As the key part of this thesis, in this part of the detailed research and discussion Xi Jinping's party building thought characteristics: Chinese Communist Party as the ruling party, the ruling idea of the party clearly, do Chinese things, the key lies in the party; the party from the strict control strategy is a significant feature of Xi Jinping's party building thought, rule must first rule of the party, the party must strengthen the consciousness of rule of law; the party is the core feature of general secretary Xi Jinping's party building thought. Since eighteen, Xi Jinping series of important speech runs through strengthening the consciousness of the party. The important thought of the party's consciousness is the soul of the party, the ruling party is the fundamental question, embodies the Communist political consciousness and party spirit, strengthen the consciousness of the party, carry out the mass line of educational practice two strict three real activities, special education, "two a" study and education activities, strengthen the consciousness of the party, improving the party's advanced nature and purity. The fourth chapter discusses Xi The era value of plain thoughts of party. Xi Jinping's party building thought, enrich and deepen the theory of Marx's party building, and comprehensively improve the scientific level of Party building, has become a guide to action China dream science. To explore the thought of Party construction rule, is advantageous for our party to improve their work style, close ties with the masses, consolidate and strengthen the party the ruling party status, is conducive to promoting and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation China dream process. In this thesis writing process, the author detailed analysis of the formation conditions of Xi Jinping's party building thought, based on the features of Xi Jinping's party building thought understanding and cognition, and actively explore the self construction of the party and socialism the modernization construction in the era of value.
