【摘要】：馬克思恩格斯創(chuàng)立唯物史觀,揭示了人類社會歷史發(fā)展客觀規(guī)律,提供了關(guān)于社會管理的世界觀和方法論指導(dǎo),提出社會管理要重視人民主體性的原則。列寧是第一個將社會主義管理思想付諸實施的無產(chǎn)階級領(lǐng)袖,提出了通過直接管理和間接管理的途徑來進行社會管理,并且要善于抓住歷史事變中的重要環(huán)節(jié)。毛澤東在關(guān)于社會管理問題的立場上是馬克思主義的社會管理思想一脈相承的,毛澤東對“社會”的理解淵源于馬克思主義,特別是馬克思對“社會”的理解,毛澤東的社會觀是一種大社會觀。因而其社會管理思想更多的宏觀意義上思考和解決在社會主義社會如何確立管理目標、如何樹立正確的管理理念、實行怎樣的管理模式,制定怎樣的管理任務(wù)以及如何進行社會管理等問題。毛澤東的社會管理思想的主要內(nèi)容就是明確了以人民為主體的社會管理理念;確立了建設(shè)社會主義強國為社會管理的目標;主張要探索適合中國國情的社會管理模式;提出了社會管理的基本任務(wù)是要正確處理人民內(nèi)部矛盾,積極解決社會問題;提出通過多種手段和方法進行社會管理,包括組織和發(fā)動群眾參與社會管理、調(diào)動一切積極因素為社會主義事業(yè)服務(wù)、思想政治教育的方法、將社會管理和民生建設(shè)相結(jié)合的方法。毛澤東善于將哲學的思想和方法運用到社會主義建設(shè)和管理的實踐中,他的社會管理思想中蘊含了“實事求是”的唯物主義思想,體現(xiàn)了“對立統(tǒng)一”的辯證法思想。毛澤東的社會管理思想是在繼承的基礎(chǔ)上對馬克思主義社會管理思想實踐性地發(fā)展,同時也為中國特色社會主義社會管理提供了理論基礎(chǔ)和方法論指導(dǎo)。毛澤東的社會管理思想啟示在中國進行社會管理應(yīng)當實事求是,堅持走有中國特色的社會主義管理道路;要統(tǒng)籌兼顧,全面規(guī)劃;要樹立以人為本,為民服務(wù)的理念,加強和創(chuàng)新社會管理。
[Abstract]:Marx and Engels founded the materialist conception of history, revealed the objective law of the development of human society, provided the guidance of world outlook and methodology for social management, and put forward that social management should attach importance to the principle of people's subjectivity. Lenin is the first proletarian leader who put the idea of socialist management into practice. He put forward the way of social management through direct management and indirect management, and we should be good at grasping the important links in historical events. Mao Zedong's position on social management is Marx's social management thoughts. Mao Zedong's understanding of "society" originates from Marx doctrine, especially Marx's understanding of "society". Mao Zedong's social view is a great social view. Therefore, in the macro sense, its social management thoughts consider and solve problems such as how to establish management objectives in the socialist society, how to set up the correct management concepts, how to manage them, how to manage them, and how to manage the society. The main content of Mao Zedong's social management thought is clear to people as the main body of the social management concept; establish the construction of socialist country social management goal; insist on exploring the social management pattern for China conditions; put forward the basic task of social management is to correctly handle the contradictions among the people, and actively put forward to solve the social problems; the social management through various means and methods, including the organization and mobilize the masses to participate in social management, to mobilize all positive factors to serve the cause of socialism, ideological and political education method, the social management and the method of combining the construction of people's livelihood. Mao Zedong is good at applying philosophical ideas and methods to the practice of socialist construction and management. His social management thoughts contain materialistic thoughts of "seeking truth from facts", reflecting the dialectic thought of "unity of opposites". Mao Zedong's thought of social management is based on the inheritance of Marx's social management thought. It also provides a theoretical basis and methodological guidance for the social management of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Mao Zedong's thought of social management enlightens us that we should be practical and realistic in social management in China, stick to the road of socialist management with Chinese characteristics, plan for overall consideration and plan comprehensively, set up the idea of serving the people based on people first, and strengthen and innovate social management.
