篩選的乳酸菌對(duì)甜高粱、象草和王草發(fā)酵品質(zhì)的研究

  在發(fā)展中國(guó)家,為了適應(yīng)肉類和乳制品需求量的增加,給家畜提供穩(wěn)定和營(yíng)養(yǎng)豐富的飼料變得十分重要。甜高粱(Sorghum bicolor)、王草(Pennisetum purpuphoides)和象草(Pennisetum purpureum)廣泛種植于熱帶和亞熱帶地區(qū),是滿足動(dòng)物生產(chǎn)需要的優(yōu)良牧草資源。但是,其水溶性碳水化合物含量低、水分含量和緩沖能高,因此很難調(diào)制出優(yōu)質(zhì)的青貯飼料。近年來(lái),接種青貯用乳酸菌添加劑是一種提高青貯飼料發(fā)酵品質(zhì)的有效方法。然而,由于商業(yè)乳酸菌添加劑在熱帶和亞熱帶地區(qū)的適應(yīng)性差,常常不能提高牧草的青貯發(fā)酵品質(zhì)。一般來(lái)說(shuō),熱帶牧草上附生的乳酸菌具有良好的適應(yīng)性。因此,分離和應(yīng)用這些乳酸菌來(lái)調(diào)制優(yōu)質(zhì)青貯飼料,具有重要意義。本研究旨在從王草中分離、篩選、生理生化評(píng)價(jià)和鑒定出優(yōu)良乳酸菌菌株,驗(yàn)證其和商業(yè)乳酸菌添加劑提高甜高梁,象草和王草發(fā)酵品質(zhì)和家兔生長(zhǎng)性能的效果。研究結(jié)果如下。1.王草中分離的乳酸菌特性和分子鑒定對(duì)從王草中分離出的76株乳酸菌進(jìn)行耐熱試驗(yàn),篩選出的5株乳酸菌進(jìn)行形態(tài)學(xué)、生理生化特性分析和16S rRNA鑒定。結(jié)果如下,5個(gè)菌株均能在pH 3.5、4.0、...
