茶樹精油對桃蚜的殺蟲活性研究

茶樹精油是桃金娘科(Myrtaceae)白千層屬(Melaleucal)植物互葉白千層的新鮮枝葉經(jīng)水蒸汽蒸餾而得無色至淡黃色的精油,目前被廣泛應用于醫(yī)療、日化等領域中,具有良好的廣譜殺菌抑菌保健作用。課題組前期分析了茶樹精油的主要成分,并明確了茶樹精油及其主要活性成分4-松油醇對儲糧害蟲具有良好的殺蟲活性,但其對桃蚜的殺蟲作用尚未有報道。本文結(jié)合前期工作基礎,研究了茶樹精油及其主要成分對桃蚜的生物活性,探討了茶樹精油對桃蚜體內(nèi)基因表達的影響,并基于計算機輔助藥物設計技術明確了 4-松油醇與作用靶點的結(jié)合模式,通過轉(zhuǎn)錄組分析初步研究了桃蚜應答4-松油醇熏蒸脅迫的相關基因表達模式,為進一步研究4-松油醇對蚜蟲的殺蟲分子機制提供了前期基礎。主要結(jié)果如下:1、茶樹精油對桃蚜的驅(qū)避和觸殺活性研究生物活性測定實驗結(jié)果表明,茶樹精油對桃蚜的驅(qū)避和觸殺作用較好,且具有時間和劑量效應;濃度為2g/L茶樹精油處理試蟲48 h后,其對桃蚜的驅(qū)避指數(shù)(deterrence index,DI)為0.75;濃度為4g/L茶樹精油處理試蟲72 h后,其對桃蚜的觸殺效果可達92.58%;茶樹精油處理24 h對桃蚜觸殺...
