Demirjian、Willems兩種牙齡推斷法在新疆烏魯木齊7~15歲維吾爾族和漢族中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的:通過研究Demirjian、Willems牙齡推斷法評估新疆烏魯木齊7~15歲青少年維吾爾族、漢族人群牙齡的準(zhǔn)確性,以便獲得更準(zhǔn)確的牙齡。方法:本次回顧性研究納入2014年6月-2016年6月我院口腔放射科拍攝的全口曲面斷層片796張,漢族410張(其中男性195張,女性215張),維吾爾族386張(其中男性184張,女性202張)。運(yùn)用Demirjian法、Willems法分別對維吾爾族、漢族推斷的牙齡與實(shí)際年齡進(jìn)行配對t檢驗(yàn)。建立烏魯木齊地區(qū)維吾爾族牙齡與實(shí)際年齡間的數(shù)學(xué)模型。結(jié)果:在評估青少年漢族人群時(shí),相比Demirjian法存在高估現(xiàn)象,Willems法評估烏魯木齊青少年漢族牙齡時(shí)更為準(zhǔn)確,其推斷的牙齡與實(shí)際年齡間的差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。對于維吾爾族人群,Demirjian、Willems法推斷的牙齡與實(shí)際年齡兩者間的差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。牙齡(Y)與實(shí)際年齡(X)的相關(guān)回歸方程如下:維吾爾族男性擬合方程為Y=-3.346+1.576X-0.028X2,女性擬合方程為Y=-4.255+1.696X-0.031X2。結(jié)論:Willems法可直接用于青少年漢族人群進(jìn)行推斷牙齡,建立維吾爾族人群牙齡與實(shí)際年齡間的數(shù)學(xué)模型,修正后牙齡推斷方程可直接用于烏魯木齊地區(qū)維吾爾族青少年牙齡的推斷。
[Abstract]:Aim: to evaluate the accuracy of dental age of Uighur and Han population in Urumqi, Xinjiang by using Demirjian,Willems dental age estimation method in order to obtain more accurate dental age. Methods: from June 2014 to June 2016, 796 total curved section films were taken in the Department of Stomatology, 410 of Han nationality (195 male and 215 female) and 386 Uighur (184 male, respectively). (202 women). The age of teeth inferred from Uigur and Han nationality were tested by paired t-test with Demirjian method and Willems method respectively. A mathematical model between dental age and actual age of Uighur nationality in Urumqi area was established. Results: in evaluating adolescent Han population, there was an overestimation phenomenon compared with Demirjian method. Willems method was more accurate in assessing dental age of adolescent Han nationality in Urumqi, and there was no significant difference between the estimated dental age and actual age (P0.05). For Uighur population, the difference between dental age and actual age by Demirjian,Willems method was statistically significant (P0.05). The regression equation between the dental age (Y) and the actual age (X) was as follows: the fitting equation of Uighur male was Y, 3.346, 1.576X, 0.028x2, and that of female was 4.255,1.696X, 0.031x2.The fitting equation was Y, 3.346, 1.576X, 0.028x2. Conclusion: Willems method can be directly used to estimate dental age in adolescent Han population and establish a mathematical model between dental age and actual age in Uygur population. The modified posterior dental age estimation equation can be directly used to estimate the dental age of Uygur adolescents in Urumqi area.
