【摘要】：目的:研究加味增液湯對(duì)于氣陰兩虛型糖尿病便秘治療的臨床療效,充分挖掘其治療價(jià)值,探尋出一條療效滿(mǎn)意的治療糖尿病便秘的方法。方法:選擇42例符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的糖尿病便秘患者,隨機(jī)將受試對(duì)象分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,每組各21例。治療組在維持原有糖尿病治療方案基礎(chǔ)上每日予以加味增液湯口服進(jìn)行治療;對(duì)照組在維持原有糖尿病治療方案的基礎(chǔ)上每日予麻仁軟膠囊口服治療。以7天為一個(gè)療程,連續(xù)治療2個(gè)療程,分別記錄患者治療前后的各項(xiàng)便秘癥狀積分,依據(jù)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行治療效果的評(píng)分,所有實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)均采用SPSS22.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析:計(jì)數(shù)資料用x 2檢驗(yàn),計(jì)量資料用t檢驗(yàn),P0.05為有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。結(jié)果:在年齡分層、性別比例、病程以及便秘嚴(yán)重程度(CCS)等方面,兩組間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療后實(shí)驗(yàn)組排便間隔時(shí)間積分為1.02±0.99、排便速度積分為1.04±1.05、糞便性狀積分為1.11±1.01、排便難度積分為0.91±0.72、便意積分為1.09±1.03、兼癥積分為0.37±0.26,均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,且兩組比較P0.05,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。對(duì)照組總有效率57.1%,實(shí)驗(yàn)組總有效率85.7%,兩組比較P0.05,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。在安全性指標(biāo)檢測(cè)中治療組和對(duì)照組均無(wú)異常。結(jié)論:加味增液湯具有益氣滋陰,潤(rùn)腸通便之功效,對(duì)于氣陰兩虛型糖尿病便秘的治療具有良好的療效,能有效地縮短排便間隔時(shí)間、加快排便速度、改善糞便性狀、改善排便難度、增強(qiáng)便意以及改善兼癥,是一種較為安全、治療方便、便于基層推廣并且容易被眾多患者接受的一種治療方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical effect of Jiawei Zengye decoction in treating diabetic constipation with deficiency of qi and yin, fully excavate its therapeutic value, and find out a method of treating diabetic constipation with satisfactory curative effect. Methods: 42 diabetic constipation patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 21 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated orally with modified Zengye decoction on the basis of maintaining the original diabetes treatment plan, while the control group was treated with maren soft capsule orally on the basis of maintaining the original diabetes treatment plan. After 7 days as a course of treatment, two consecutive courses of treatment were used to record the scores of constipation symptoms before and after treatment, and to score the therapeutic effects according to the relevant criteria. All the experimental data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 software: the counting data was tested by x2, the measurement data by t test, P0.05 for the statistical difference. Results: there was no significant difference in age stratification, sex ratio, course of disease and severity of constipation between the two groups (P0.05). After treatment, the scores of defecation interval time, defecation velocity, fecal traits, defecation difficulty and stool meaning were 1.02 鹵0.99, 1.04 鹵1.05, 1.11 鹵1.01, 0.91 鹵0.72 and 1.09 鹵1.03, respectively. The score of concurrent symptom was 0.37 鹵0.26, which was better than that of control group (P 0.05). The total effective rate was 57.1 in the control group and 85.7 in the experimental group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no abnormality in both the treatment group and the control group. Conclusion: Jiawei Zengye decoction has the effect of invigorating qi and nourishing yin, moistening intestines and relieving defecation. It has a good effect on the treatment of diabetic constipation with deficiency of both qi and yin. It can effectively shorten the defecation interval time, accelerate defecation speed and improve fecal properties. Improving defecation difficulty, enhancing stool meaning and improving concurrent disease is a safe, convenient, easy to popularize and easily accepted by many patients.
