四十分鐘深低溫停循環(huán)對(duì)大鼠腦神經(jīng)功能的影響的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究
[Abstract]:Aim: to establish and improve the deep hypothermia circulatory arrest model in rats and to evaluate the effect of DHCA on the brain function of rats. Methods: twenty SD rats were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 10) and control group (n = 10). The experimental group established DHCA model after cardiopulmonary bypass (the control group was only intubated without cardiopulmonary bypass). The Morris water maze and open field experiment were used to study the brain nerve function of the rats. Results: the DHCA rat model was successfully established and improved for 40 minutes, and the survival rate was 90. The results showed that the Morris water labyrinth in the experimental group had a longer spatial learning latency and a shorter time in the target quadrant. In the open field experiment, the time spent in the central area was more, but the distance of movement was not different from that of the control group. Conclusion: forty minute DHCA can injure the brain function of rats, and 40 minutes DHCA rat model is a reliable experimental platform for the study of clinical DHCA brain injury and brain protection.
