【摘要】:17世紀(jì)至18世紀(jì)初,日本實(shí)行鎖國政策,在移民和領(lǐng)土擴(kuò)張的限制下,新田開發(fā)也逐漸完成,人口和食品的生產(chǎn)也逐步穩(wěn)定發(fā)展著。生活在這樣一個(gè)太平盛世里,人們開始擔(dān)憂著隨時(shí)可能發(fā)生的自然災(zāi)害和疾病。于是在這一時(shí)代背景下,出版了許多面向普通群眾的養(yǎng)生書籍。其中,貝原益軒寫的《養(yǎng)生訓(xùn)》占據(jù)著重要的位置。《養(yǎng)生訓(xùn)》是他根據(jù)自己的經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合自身豐富的醫(yī)學(xué)知識(shí),讓一般民眾讀起來很容易的養(yǎng)生方法書。本論文以江戶時(shí)代的儒學(xué)者、同時(shí)也是本草學(xué)者的貝原益軒所著的《養(yǎng)生訓(xùn)》為中心,歸納分析了他的養(yǎng)生觀,并對他養(yǎng)生觀的思想根源作了考察。首先,作為背景必須把握貝原益軒的人物生平和《養(yǎng)生訓(xùn)》的具體內(nèi)容。其中,益軒做學(xué)問的目的是為了有益于民生日用,因此他這種實(shí)學(xué)的傾向?qū)ζ渌摹娥B(yǎng)生訓(xùn)》起了很大的推動(dòng)作用。其次,探究《養(yǎng)生訓(xùn)》中所體現(xiàn)的貝原益軒的養(yǎng)生觀,具體分為養(yǎng)身、養(yǎng)心和養(yǎng)氣三大部分,并結(jié)合了例子進(jìn)行了具體的分析。養(yǎng)身方面,從益軒所述的具體方法著手研究。養(yǎng)心方面,論述了養(yǎng)生不僅要保持快樂,還包括行孝、重義理這些道德層面上的品質(zhì)。再者,論證了養(yǎng)氣也是養(yǎng)生的核心,并占有重要位置。論文的最后,我們可以得出,貝原益軒在《養(yǎng)生訓(xùn)》中反映出的養(yǎng)生觀與其大的人生思想系統(tǒng)之中的理氣一體論和萬物一體仁之說有著不可分割的聯(lián)系這一結(jié)論,同時(shí)也發(fā)現(xiàn)益軒的人人平等思想開始萌芽。
[Abstract]:From the 17th century to the beginning of the 18th century, Japan implemented the policy of locking the country. Under the restriction of immigration and territorial expansion, the development of Xintian was gradually completed, and the production of population and food developed steadily. Living in such a prosperous time, people began to worry about the possibility of natural disasters and diseases. So in this era background, published a lot of health books for the general public. Among them, Beiyuan Yixuan wrote "health training" occupies an important position. According to his own experience, combined with his own rich medical knowledge, the general public read very easily. This paper focuses on the Confucian scholars in the Edo era and also a scholar of Chinese herbal medicine, Beiyuan Yixuan's "the training for Health", summarizes and analyzes his views on health preservation, and makes an investigation on the ideological roots of his view of health preservation. First of all, as the background, we must grasp the life of the characters of Beiyuan Yixuan and the specific contents of the Health training. Among them, Yixuan's purpose of learning is to benefit the people's livelihood, so his tendency of practical study has played a great role in promoting his work. Secondly, the author probes into the concept of health preservation of Beiyuan Yixuan, which is embodied in "Health training", which is divided into three parts: cultivating body, keeping heart and nourishing qi, and carries on concrete analysis with examples. In the aspect of nourishing body, the concrete method mentioned by Yixuan is studied. In the aspect of keeping good heart, it discusses not only keeping happy, but also the moral quality of filial piety and justice. Moreover, demonstrated that nourishing qi is also the core of health, and occupies an important position. At the end of the paper, we can draw the conclusion that the view of health preservation reflected by Beiyuan Yixuan in "Health training" is inextricably related to the theory of unity of Qi and the theory of unity of all things in his big thought system of life. At the same time, it also found that Yi Xuan's thought of equality for all began to sprout.
