【摘要】：目的:探討荊防薏苡湯治療風(fēng)熱毒蘊(yùn)型扁平疣的臨床療效。方法:84例扁平疣患者隨機(jī)分為治療組與對(duì)照組,每組42例,治療組予以荊防薏苡湯,每日一劑,水煎取汁約300ml,早晚兩次溫服。對(duì)照組予左旋咪唑片(河南天方藥業(yè)股份有限公司,國(guó)藥準(zhǔn)字:H41020489)—次1.5～2.5mg,每晚一次口服。7天為1療程,共觀察4個(gè)療程,結(jié)束后判斷療效。兩組患者治療后臨床觀察癥狀(皮疹數(shù)目、皮疹大小、皮疹顏色、皮疹自覺瘤癢)評(píng)分,以及臨床癥狀總積分等均有明顯地下降,比較(P0.05)兩組差異具有顯著性。結(jié)果:通過臨床觀察療效,兩組總有效率,治療組為95%,對(duì)照組為70%,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處置,兩組比較P＜0.05,差異顯著,統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)有意義。結(jié)論:1、荊防薏苡湯治療扁平疣(風(fēng)熱毒蘊(yùn)型)的皮疹數(shù)目、皮疹大小、皮疹顏色、皮疹自覺瘙癢方面有顯著療效。2、荊防薏苡湯是治療扁平疣(風(fēng)熱毒蘊(yùn)型)的有效方劑。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical effect of Jingfanglii decoction on flat warts with wind-heat toxin accumulation. Methods Eighty-four patients with verruca plana were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 42) and control group (n = 42). The control group was treated with levamisole tablet (Henan Tianfang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.). The scores of clinical symptoms (number of rash, size of rash, color of rash, conscious tumor itch of rash) and total score of clinical symptoms were significantly decreased in two groups after treatment (P 0.05). Results: the total effective rate of the two groups was 95% in the treatment group and 70% in the control group. The difference was significant (P < 0.05). ConclusionWith 1, Jingfangfang Coix tears decoction is an effective prescription for the treatment of verruca flat verruca (wind-heat toxin accumulation type), such as the number of rash, the size of rash, the color of rash, and the conscious pruritus of skin rash. It is an effective prescription for the treatment of verruca planus (wind-heat toxin accumulation type).
