【摘要】：目的:探討血漿D-二聚體水平與結(jié)腸癌臨床病理特征之間的關(guān)系,分析血漿D-二聚體水平與結(jié)腸癌患者生存期之間的關(guān)系。方法:選擇新疆軍區(qū)總醫(yī)院2006年1月-2011年12月期間確診的結(jié)腸癌患者124例,完整錄入患者一般信息,并對其進(jìn)行隨訪。用統(tǒng)計學(xué)方法分別分析血漿D-二聚體水平與結(jié)腸癌患者臨床病理特征和生存期之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:觀察組D-二聚體水平高于體檢組(P0.05),有淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移組D-二聚體水平高于無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移組(P0.05),中低分化組D-二聚體水平高于高分化組(P0.05),Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者的D-二聚體水平高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者(P0.05),死亡組D-二聚體水平高于生存組(P0.05),血漿D-二聚體水平較高者5年生存率低于血漿D-二聚體水平較低者。單因素分析中年齡、TNM分期、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、分化程度和D-二聚體水平是影響結(jié)腸癌患者預(yù)后的重要影響因素,多因素分析中提示患者臨床分期和D-二聚體水平是影響患者預(yù)后的獨(dú)立因素。結(jié)論:D-二聚體水平與結(jié)腸癌臨床病理特征以及預(yù)后呈正相關(guān),對其進(jìn)行檢測對結(jié)腸癌臨床的診斷和預(yù)后評估有一定臨床價值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between plasma D-dimer level and clinicopathological features of colon cancer, and to analyze the relationship between plasma D-dimer level and survival time of colon cancer patients. Methods: 124 patients with colon cancer diagnosed in Xinjiang military region General Hospital from January 2006 to December 2011 were selected and their general information was recorded and followed up. The relationship between plasma D-dimer level and clinicopathological features and survival time of colon cancer patients was analyzed by statistical method. Results: the level of D-dimer in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the level of D-dimer in the group with lymph node metastasis was higher than that in the group without lymph node metastasis, the level of D-dimer in the group with middle and low differentiation was higher than that in the group with high differentiation, the level of D-dimer in the patients with stage 鈪，
