【摘要】：目的:增加對(duì)產(chǎn)AFP胃癌的認(rèn)識(shí),分析該例病例良好預(yù)后的原因。方法:回顧性總結(jié)并分析1例產(chǎn)AFP胃癌病例的臨床資料,并復(fù)習(xí)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料,進(jìn)行分析討論并做簡(jiǎn)單綜述。結(jié)果:在本病例分析報(bào)告中,我們匯報(bào)一例產(chǎn)AFP胃癌老年女性病例。該患者術(shù)前具有極高水平的血清AFP表達(dá)(10,000ng/mL)。但術(shù)前腹部CT檢查未發(fā)現(xiàn)淋巴結(jié)腫大或肝轉(zhuǎn)移跡象。我們?yōu)槠溥M(jìn)行了胃癌根治術(shù),術(shù)后輔以6個(gè)療程的SOX化療�；颊呙�6個(gè)月復(fù)查1次,腹部CT 一直未發(fā)現(xiàn)復(fù)發(fā)或肝轉(zhuǎn)移跡象,血清AFP水平一直處于較低水平�；颊咧两褚恢贝婊�,且存活期超29個(gè)月。結(jié)論:該例患者取得良好預(yù)后的原因很可能和其早期發(fā)現(xiàn)(無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移和肝臟轉(zhuǎn)移),并及時(shí)進(jìn)行根治性手術(shù)相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the cause of good prognosis of AFP gastric cancer. Methods: the clinical data of 1 case of AFP gastric cancer were retrospectively reviewed and discussed. Results: in this case analysis, we report an elderly female case of AFP gastric cancer. This patient had an extremely high level of serum AFP expression before operation. However, preoperative abdominal CT examination showed no signs of lymph node enlargement or liver metastasis. We performed radical resection of gastric cancer and 6 courses of SOX chemotherapy. After reexamination every 6 months, abdominal CT showed no signs of recurrence or liver metastasis, and the serum AFP level was at a low level. The patient has survived for more than 29 months. Conclusion: the reason for the good prognosis of this patient is probably related to its early detection (no lymph node metastasis and liver metastasis, and timely radical surgery.
