【摘要】：王笑民教授從事中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療腫瘤臨床工作二十余年,對(duì)腫瘤的治療積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。王笑民教授在多年的臨床中發(fā)現(xiàn)很多腫瘤病人都會(huì)出現(xiàn)焦慮、抑郁、失眠、疲乏、耳鳴、潮熱、腰膝酸軟等癥狀,因此認(rèn)為腫瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展與心、腎二臟尤為密切,總結(jié)并提出了"腎精變異與心神不力學(xué)說",從心、腎二臟出發(fā),以君火相火理論及元?dú)饫碚摓榛A(chǔ)較為全面的闡釋了腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展的過程。腎精變異與心神不力學(xué)說的核心思想:1、先天元?dú)庵粶p不增;2、腎精元?dú)饪赡艽嬖谙忍烊毕?3、腎精元?dú)夂慕咧畷r(shí)即是生變之時(shí);4、腎精變異是異變的動(dòng)力;5、心神不力則不能控制腎精變異。證型分為心神不力,腎精不變:心神尚調(diào),腎精變異以及心神不力,腎精變異三種�；谀I精變異與心神不力學(xué)說的臨床治療思路:1、腎五行屬水,八卦中屬坎卦,當(dāng)補(bǔ)元陰而抑坎中之異常陽爻。2、腎與膀胱相表里,當(dāng)瀉腑而安臟,通瀉膀胱。3、根據(jù)五行生克理論,當(dāng)補(bǔ)土而抑金,臨床應(yīng)當(dāng)健脾益胃而瀉肺通腸。4、固護(hù)心神,約束臟腑,防止相火上炎,心腎同病。文章開篇總結(jié)了中醫(yī)各代醫(yī)家對(duì)腫瘤的認(rèn)識(shí),其后從心神、腎精與腫瘤的相關(guān)性入手,結(jié)合君火相火理論及元?dú)饫碚?對(duì)腎精變異與心神不力學(xué)說進(jìn)行了理論基礎(chǔ)論述,最后結(jié)合臨床,概括了王笑民教授的臨床治療經(jīng)驗(yàn),并列舉了臨床病例加以佐證。旨在論述王笑民教授應(yīng)用"腎精變異與心神不力學(xué)說""論治腫瘤的經(jīng)驗(yàn),完善中醫(yī)腫瘤學(xué)臨床思路,為腫瘤的中醫(yī)治療提供新方向。
[Abstract]:Professor Wang Xiaomin has been engaged in the clinical treatment of cancer for more than 20 years, and has accumulated rich experience in the treatment of cancer. Professor Wang Xiaomin has found that many cancer patients have symptoms such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, fatigue, tinnitus, hot flashes, sore waist and knee in many years of clinical experience. Therefore, he thinks that the occurrence and development of the tumor is particularly close to the heart and the kidney. This paper summarizes and puts forward the theory of "the variation of kidney essence and the weakness of heart and mind", which explains the process of tumorigenesis and development on the basis of the theory of fire and fire of Jun fire phase and the theory of Yuan Qi. The core thought of the theory of "kidney essence variation" and "deficiency of heart and mind" is: 1: 1, the congenital vital energy is only reduced by 2%, the kidney essence and vital energy may have congenital defects 3%, when the kidney essence is exhausted, it is the time of birth and change, the variation of kidney essence is the motive force of abnormal change, and the heart spirit is weak Can't control kidney essence mutation. The syndromes are divided into three types: the deficiency of the heart and the essence of the kidney: the regulation of the heart and the essence of the kidney, the variation of the kidney essence and the deficiency of the heart and the essence of the kidney. Based on the theory of variation of kidney essence and deficiency of heart and mind, the clinical treatment thought is: 1, the five elements of the kidney belong to water, the eight elements belong to hexagram, the abnormal yangyao. 2 is used to supplement the yin of the Yuan Dynasty, and the abnormal yangyao. 2, the kidney and the bladder phase surface, when the viscera is purged and the viscera is relieved, and the bladder. 3. According to the theory of Wuxingshengke, When tonifying soil and inhibiting gold, clinical practice should strengthen spleen and improve stomach, but diarrhea lung and open intestine. 4, strengthen and protect heart and mind, restrain viscera, prevent phrenic fire inflammation, heart and kidney disease. At the beginning of the article, the author summarizes the understanding of tumor in different generations of traditional Chinese medicine, and then, starting with the correlation between heart spirit, kidney essence and tumor, combining with the theory of fire and the theory of Yuan Qi, the theory of variation of kidney essence and the theory of weak heart and mind are discussed theoretically. Finally, the clinical experience of Professor Wang Xiaomin is summarized, and the clinical cases are cited. The purpose of this paper is to discuss Professor Wang Xiaomin's experience in treating tumor by applying the theory of "Renal essence variation and deficiency of Heart and mind", to perfect the clinical thinking of TCM oncology, and to provide a new direction for TCM treatment of tumor.
