【摘要】：本論文主要探討了李佩文教授治療肺癌的臨床經(jīng)驗,通過跟診學習、質(zhì)性訪談、軟件統(tǒng)計等方式,總結(jié)了李佩文教授的辨治思想和處方用藥規(guī)律。全文可分為以下三個部分:第一部分是中西醫(yī)文獻綜述。通過對中醫(yī)古典醫(yī)籍和現(xiàn)代文獻的梳理,從病因病機、治則治法等角度總結(jié)出肺癌的中醫(yī)證治概況;通過檢索現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學研究進展,從病因、分類、治療等角度歸納出肺癌的西醫(yī)研究進展。第二部分為李佩文教授肺癌辨治思想研究。本人通過跟隨李教授出診、查房,定期進行病例討論和答疑解惑,主要通過質(zhì)性研究的方法總結(jié)提煉出李教授的臨證辨治思維,主要為重視臟腑相關(guān)理論和引經(jīng)藥等的應(yīng)用。第三部分為李佩文教授肺癌組方用藥規(guī)律研究。本研究基于中醫(yī)傳承輔助系統(tǒng)V2.5軟件,對李教授的肺癌處方進行數(shù)據(jù)挖掘分析,統(tǒng)計出處方中藥物的使用頻次、性味及歸經(jīng),確定藥物之間的關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則,并生成核心處方及衍生新處方,并對李教授的用藥思路進行分析,總結(jié)出其"相反相成、以和為貴"的遣方思想、"臟腑相關(guān)、五臟一體"的組方精神。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly discusses the clinical experience of Professor Li Peiwen in the treatment of lung cancer, and summarizes Professor Li Pei-wen 's thinking of differentiation and treatment and the law of prescribing drug use by means of follow study, qualitative interview, software statistics and so on.The full text can be divided into the following three parts: the first part is the literature review of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Through combing the classical medical books and modern literature of Chinese medicine, the author summarizes the general situation of TCM syndrome and treatment of lung cancer from the angles of etiology, pathogenesis, principles and methods of treatment, and by searching the progress of modern medical research, classifying the causes and diseases of lung cancer,Treatment and other aspects of lung cancer summarized the progress of Western medicine research.The second part is Professor Li Peiwen's thought of differentiation and treatment of lung cancer.Through following Professor Li's visit to the clinic, rounds, periodic case discussions and answers to questions, I summarized and abstracted Professor Li's thinking of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment by qualitative research, mainly for the application of the theory of viscera and the introduction of classics and medicines and so on.The third part is professor Li Peiwen lung cancer prescription drug law research.Based on the software V2.5 of traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) inheritance Assistant system, the data mining and analysis of Professor Li's lung cancer prescriptions are carried out, and the frequency of drug use, the quality of drugs and the return to the classics in prescriptions are counted, and the association rules between drugs are determined.The core prescriptions and new prescriptions were generated, and professor Li's thinking of drug use was analyzed. The author summed up his idea of "opposite and complementary, taking harmony as the most important", and the spirit of "the viscera are related to each other and the five viscera are one body".
