【摘要】：體育活動干預作為自閉癥青少年綜合干預過程中的一種輔助性干預手段和技術,已越來越受到國內外研究人員的重視。體育活動對自閉癥青少年的作用不僅體現(xiàn)在生理的變化上,而且能夠對其心理產生積極的影響。本研究立足于前人對自閉癥青少年進行體育活動干預的研究基礎上,采用了文獻資料法、實驗法、觀察法和訪談法,在明心幼兒園教師與青少年家長密切合作下,采用體育活動的方法對一名14歲的自閉癥青少年個案ZT進行為期2個月的活動干預,干預結束后旨在考察兒童各領域的整體性發(fā)展情況,運動干預前后生理和心理的變化,在此基礎上對自閉癥青少年的體育活動干預提出建議和展望。本次實驗受到了社會各界的高度重視,其中,2017年1月18日的《中國體育報》第12582期的首版上刊登了本次實驗。研究結果表明:(1)體育活動干預對自閉癥患者是有積極影響的。(2)與自閉癥患者相處需要在鼓勵、表揚和獎勵的氛圍中進行的。(3)自閉癥患者的體育活動干預是需要長期進行的,不僅僅是學校教育上,家庭教育中體育活動干預也是急需的。
[Abstract]:As a supplementary intervention method and technique in the process of comprehensive intervention for adolescents with autism, physical activity intervention has been paid more and more attention by researchers at home and abroad.The effect of physical activity on autistic adolescents is not only reflected in physiological changes, but also has a positive effect on their psychology.This study is based on the previous research on the intervention of sports activities of autistic adolescents, and adopts the methods of literature, experiment, observation and interview, under the close cooperation of teachers and parents of young children in Mingxin kindergarten.A 14-year-old autistic adolescent, ZT, was treated with physical activity for 2 months. The purpose of the intervention was to investigate the holistic development of children in various fields and the changes of physiology and psychology before and after exercise intervention.On the basis of this, the paper puts forward some suggestions and prospects for the intervention of sports activities of autistic adolescents.The experiment has attracted great attention from all walks of life. Among them, it was published on the first page of the 12582 issue of China Sports News on January 18, 2017.The results show that: 1) physical activity intervention has a positive impact on autistic patients. 2) getting along with autistic people needs to be done in an atmosphere of encouragement, recognition and reward.) physical activity interventions for autistic patients need to be carried out over a long period of time.Not only school education, family education in sports intervention is also urgently needed.
