健康人群面頸部皮膚生理學(xué)與VISIA成像學(xué)特征分析

【摘要】:研究背景皮膚具有特殊的屏障作用,可抵御外界化學(xué)和物理因素的刺激,維持機(jī)體內(nèi)環(huán)境的穩(wěn)定,還具有保濕作用,防止過多水分的流失,保持角質(zhì)層的含水量,調(diào)節(jié)肌膚的水分含量。通過定量測量面頸部皮膚生理特性和成像特征,分析相關(guān)參數(shù)及其關(guān)系,能夠客觀地評(píng)估皮膚年輕化、衰老速度及敏感程度。研究目的通過無創(chuàng)性功效學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)技術(shù)量化檢測中國正常人群面頸部皮膚生理學(xué)特性和成像特征,分析其與性別、年齡的關(guān)系。研究方法將500名健康志愿者分為6個(gè)不同年齡組,利用無創(chuàng)性皮膚生理檢測儀對(duì)其面頸部(前額、面頰、鼻尖及頸部)進(jìn)行SC含水量、皮脂含量、TEWL、皮膚色素含量的測量,并采用VISIA面部成像系統(tǒng)對(duì)其中450名健康人面部皮膚的毛孔、紫質(zhì)、皺紋、紋理、紫外線色斑等進(jìn)行測量。研究結(jié)果不同年齡組間的TEWL值具有差異性(p0.05),鼻尖部高于前額部和面頰部,頸部TEWL值最低。女性的TEWL值低于男性(p0.05)。各年齡層SC含水量有差異性(p0.05),隨年齡增加呈有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義的下降(p0.05)。男性SC含水量低于女性,SC含水量也具有部位差異性,由高到低依次為頸部、前額、鼻尖、面頰部。皮脂含量受年齡和性別的影響,不同年齡組之間具有差異性(p0.05),16~25歲和26~35歲年齡組油脂含量最高。男性皮脂含量較同年齡組女性的高(p0.05)。鼻尖部和前額部油脂含量較高,其次為面頰、頸部。男性皮膚黑色素含量高于女性(p0.05),不同年齡組無組間差異性;女性黑色素含量隨年齡增大而增多。面頸部血色素含量與年齡呈正相關(guān)(p0.05),男性血色素含量較女性高(p0.05)。皮膚表面pH值在面頰部最高,其次為前額、鼻尖、頸部。男性皮膚表面pH值較女性高;不同年齡組中,55~70歲年齡組皮膚表面pH值最高。面部紫外線色斑、皺紋以及紋理與年齡呈正性相關(guān)(p0.05),在相同年齡組中,男性高于女性。面部紫質(zhì)分值與毛孔大小呈正相關(guān)。不同參數(shù)之間存在相關(guān)性,pH值與TEWL值在前額、面頰和頸部呈正相關(guān)。TEWL值與SC含水量在面頰、頸部及前額部呈正性相關(guān)。女性前額部皺紋分值與TEWL值呈正相關(guān),紫外線色斑分值與SC含水量呈負(fù)相關(guān)。研究結(jié)論健康人群面頸部皮膚生理學(xué)及成像參數(shù)存在不同程度的差異性,并證實(shí)了各參數(shù)之間的相關(guān)性。另外,本研究首次結(jié)合VISIA面部成像特征,不僅能夠更準(zhǔn)確地指導(dǎo)護(hù)膚,而且也能更充分地評(píng)估皮膚年輕化。
[Abstract]:Background the skin has the special barrier function, can resist the external chemical and physical stimulation, maintain the stability of the body's environment, also has the function of moisturizing, preventing the excessive moisture loss, maintaining the water content of the cuticle, Adjust skin moisture content. Through quantitative measurement of skin physiological characteristics and imaging characteristics of face and neck skin, analysis of related parameters and their relationships, can objectively evaluate skin rejuvenation, Objective to study the physiological and imaging characteristics of facial and neck skin in Chinese normal population by non-invasive efficacy evaluation technique. Methods 500 healthy volunteers were divided into 6 age groups, and their face and neck (forehead, cheek, nose and neck) were measured with non-invasive skin physiological detector for SC water content. VISIA facial imaging system was used to measure the pores, purple, wrinkles, textures of the skin of 450 healthy people. The results showed that the TEWL values of different age groups were different (p0.05), and the nasal tip was higher than the forehead and cheek. The cervical TEWL value was the lowest. The TEWL value of the female was lower than that of the male. The water content of SC in all age groups was different (p0.05), and it decreased significantly with the increase of age. The water content of male SC was lower than that of female SC. The order from high to low is neck, forehead, nose tip, cheek. Sebum content is affected by age and sex. There was significant difference between different age groups (p 0.05). The highest oil content was found in the 25 and 2635 age groups. The sebum content in males was higher than that in females of the same age group (P 0.05). The fat content in nose tip and forehead was higher than that in cheek. Neck. The content of melanin in male skin was higher than that in female, and there was no difference among different age groups. The content of melanin in the face and neck was positively correlated with age, and the content of hemoglobin in male was higher than that in female. The pH value of skin surface was the highest in cheek, followed by forehead and nose tip. Neck. Male skin surface pH value is higher than that of female group; in different age group, 557 years old group has the highest skin surface pH value, and face ultraviolet spot, wrinkle and texture have positive correlation with age (p 0.05), in the same age group, There was a positive correlation between facial purple score and pore size. There was a positive correlation between pH value and TEWL value in forehead, a positive correlation between cheek and neck value and SC water content in cheek. There was a positive correlation between neck and forehead, and a positive correlation between female forehead wrinkle score and TEWL. Ultraviolet speckle score was negatively correlated with SC water content. Conclusion there are differences in skin physiology and imaging parameters of face and neck in healthy people, and the correlation between these parameters is confirmed. For the first time, this study combined with VISIA facial imaging features can not only guide skin care more accurately, but also evaluate skin rejuvenation more fully.
