【摘要】：目的佛教自誕生之日起,便與醫(yī)學(xué)產(chǎn)生千絲萬縷的聯(lián)系,在整個(gè)歷史發(fā)展的長河中,佛醫(yī)學(xué)一直影響著醫(yī)藥學(xué)的發(fā)展。漢魏六朝時(shí)期是佛學(xué)發(fā)展重要的奠基時(shí)期。佛學(xué)經(jīng)歷了漢魏六朝的發(fā)展后,影響了人們生活的各個(gè)方面,尤其是在醫(yī)藥學(xué)上。本論文是以漢魏六朝佛醫(yī)為研究對象,通過對漢魏六朝時(shí)期佛醫(yī)的文獻(xiàn)資料進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的整理與研究,追溯佛醫(yī)在最初傳入中國時(shí)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,力求發(fā)現(xiàn)漢魏六朝佛醫(yī)的學(xué)術(shù)思想與診療經(jīng)驗(yàn),弘揚(yáng)佛教文化,推廣佛教醫(yī)學(xué),進(jìn)而指導(dǎo)臨床實(shí)踐,更好地為病患解除病痛的折磨。方法本論文主要以漢魏六朝佛醫(yī)學(xué)的文獻(xiàn)為研究對象,主要運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)學(xué)和史學(xué)等方法進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的研究整理。查閱佛教發(fā)展史,了解漢魏六朝時(shí)期佛教在中國的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,以了解該歷史時(shí)期佛醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展的歷史背景。搜集《大藏經(jīng)》中漢魏六朝時(shí)期翻譯的佛學(xué)醫(yī)藥方面的文獻(xiàn)以及《隋書·經(jīng)籍志》、《通志》、《中國醫(yī)籍考》等中關(guān)于漢魏六朝時(shí)期佛醫(yī)及醫(yī)藥學(xué)資料,以理清漢魏六朝佛醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)。結(jié)果首先,對佛醫(yī)學(xué)進(jìn)行定義并對佛學(xué)之所以與醫(yī)學(xué)結(jié)合的原因進(jìn)行梳理,說明佛教在歷史發(fā)展過程中一直重視對醫(yī)藥知識的研究和應(yīng)用。對佛醫(yī)學(xué)的學(xué)術(shù)體系和各個(gè)歷史階段發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行簡要概述,形成對佛醫(yī)學(xué)的初步認(rèn)識,揭示佛醫(yī)學(xué)的研究意義。其次,佛醫(yī)學(xué)博大精深,研究佛醫(yī)文獻(xiàn)資料有助于我們探索其中的醫(yī)學(xué)奧秘。通過對漢魏六朝佛教與佛醫(yī)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行分析,研究漢魏六朝時(shí)期翻譯的佛教典籍和中國醫(yī)學(xué)著作,發(fā)掘整理該時(shí)期佛醫(yī)文獻(xiàn)資料。對漢魏六朝時(shí)期佛醫(yī)代表人物進(jìn)行介紹,闡釋佛門醫(yī)家在中醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展過程中的生平及重要醫(yī)學(xué)貢獻(xiàn),以讓人們進(jìn)一步了解佛醫(yī)的有關(guān)事跡。再次,重點(diǎn)論述漢魏六朝時(shí)期佛醫(yī)學(xué)的學(xué)術(shù)思想和診療特色,從基礎(chǔ)理論、方藥、治療方法、養(yǎng)生保健和醫(yī)德規(guī)范等方面進(jìn)行較為詳細(xì)地介紹,以明確該歷史階段佛醫(yī)學(xué)具體內(nèi)容在發(fā)展過程中發(fā)揮的奠基作用。最后,漢魏六朝時(shí)期佛醫(yī)根據(jù)臨床實(shí)踐體會,在某一些疾病的治療上形成了豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn),以腳氣病、眼科疾病、婦科疾病為案例進(jìn)行論述。這些臨證經(jīng)驗(yàn)對于中醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重要的借鑒作用。結(jié)論通過以上研究,從斷代史的角度對漢魏六朝時(shí)期佛醫(yī)學(xué)進(jìn)行研究,漢魏六朝時(shí)期佛教的傳入為佛醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)展提供了土壤,佛醫(yī)學(xué)開始中國化的進(jìn)程。從現(xiàn)存佛醫(yī)文獻(xiàn)、人物、學(xué)術(shù)思想和診療特色方面,表明該歷史階段佛醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展的奠基意義和對中醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展的推動(dòng)作用,本文對于人們了解漢魏六朝時(shí)期佛醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)展有一定的參考價(jià)值,突出佛醫(yī)學(xué)在中醫(yī)發(fā)展過程中所發(fā)揮的不可磨滅的作用,以引起人們對佛醫(yī)學(xué)的關(guān)注與重視。
[Abstract]:Objective since the birth of Buddhism, it has been inextricably linked with medicine, in the course of the development of the whole history. Buddhist medicine has always affected the development of medicine. The period of Han Wei and the six dynasties was an important foundation for the development of Buddhism. After the development of the Han, Wei and six dynasties, Buddhism affected every aspect of people's life. Especially in the field of medicine. This paper takes the Buddhism medicine of the Han, Wei and six dynasties as the research object, through the systematic arrangement and research on the literature of Buddhism medicine during the Han, Wei and six dynasties, it traces the development of Buddhism medicine when it was first introduced into China. Striving to find out the academic thought and experience of diagnosis and treatment of Buddhism in the Han, Wei and six dynasties, carrying forward the Buddhist culture, popularizing Buddhist medicine, and guiding the clinical practice. Methods in this paper, the literature on Buddhism in Han, Wei and six dynasties was taken as the research object, and the methods of bibliography and historiography were mainly used to carry out systematic research and arrangement, and to consult the history of the development of Buddhism. To understand the development of Buddhism in China during the Han, Wei, and six dynasties, In order to understand the historical background of the development of Buddhist medicine in this historical period, we collect the literature on Buddhism and medicine translated in the Han, Wei and six dynasties, and the documents about Han and Wei dynasties, such as Sui Shu 路Classical Records, General Records, Chinese Medical Books examination, etc. Literature on Buddhism Medicine and Medicine during the six dynasties, In order to clarify the development of Buddhism medicine in Han, Wei and six dynasties. Results first of all, the definition of Buddhism medicine and the reasons for the combination of Buddhism and medicine were combed. It shows that Buddhism has always attached great importance to the research and application of medical knowledge in the course of historical development, and briefly summarized the academic system and the development of each historical stage of Buddhist medicine, thus forming a preliminary understanding of Buddhism medicine. Secondly, the study of Buddhist medicine is extensive and profound, and the study of literature on Buddhist medicine is helpful for us to explore the medical mystery. Through the analysis of the development of Buddhism and Buddhism in the Han, Wei and six dynasties, the author analyzes the development of Buddhism and Buddhism medicine in the Han, Wei and six dynasties. Studying the Buddhist classics and Chinese medical works translated during the Han, Wei and six dynasties, excavating and arranging the literature of Buddhist medicine in that period, introducing the representative figures of Buddhist medicine in the Han, Wei and six dynasties. To explain the life and important medical contribution of Buddhist medicine in the development of traditional Chinese medicine, so as to make people know more about the relevant deeds of Buddhist medicine. Thirdly, to discuss emphatically the academic thought and characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of Buddhism during the Han, Wei and six dynasties, from the basic theory, The prescription, treatment, health care, medical ethics and other aspects are introduced in detail in order to clarify the basic role of the specific contents of Buddhist medicine in the process of development at this historical stage. Finally, In the period of Han, Wei and six dynasties, the Buddhist medicine had formed rich experience in the treatment of certain diseases according to the clinical practice, with beriberi and ophthalmic diseases. Gynecological diseases are discussed as a case study. These clinical experiences have important reference for the development of traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusion through the above research, from the perspective of the history of the Han, Wei and six dynasties, the Buddhist medicine of the Han, Wei and six dynasties was studied. The introduction of Buddhism during the Han, Wei and six dynasties provided the soil for the development of Buddhism medicine, and Buddhism medicine began to develop in China. It shows that the development of Buddhism medicine in this historical period has the foundation significance and the promotion function to the development of traditional Chinese medicine. This article has certain reference value for people to understand the development of Buddhism medicine during the Han, Wei and six dynasties. To highlight the indelible role of Buddhist medicine in the development of traditional Chinese medicine, in order to arouse people's attention and attention to Buddhism medicine.
