【摘要】：目的:觀察止咳平喘湯對咳嗽變異性哮喘(風(fēng)盛攣急證)的臨床療效及對血清中EOS、IL-10的影響。方法:將60例黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院呼吸科門診,因咳嗽變異性哮喘(風(fēng)盛攣急證)來就診的患者作為研究對象,采用隨機(jī)對照法分為治療組、對照組。治療組30例給予止咳平喘湯劑;對照組30例給予孟魯司特鈉;療程均為2周。觀察兩組患者治療前后咳嗽評分、中醫(yī)證候積分及有效率、血清中EOS、IL-10的變化情況。結(jié)果:1.止咳平喘湯可以有效改善咳嗽評分及中醫(yī)證候積分,與對照組比較有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2.止咳平喘湯臨床療效顯著,其總有效率96.7%,與對照組比較有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。3.兩組患者治療后EOS百分比下降(P0.05),IL-10含量上升(P0.05),組間比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1.止咳平喘湯對咳嗽變異性哮喘(風(fēng)盛攣急證)1臨床療效顯著,可改善患者的臨床癥狀。2.止咳平喘湯可有效降低血清EOS水平、提高IL-10含量,與對照組比較臨床療效相當(dāng),具有良好安全性,值得在臨床上推廣運用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Zhike Pingchuan decoction on cough variant asthma (Fengsheng clonic acute syndrome) and its effect on serum EOS-IL-10. Methods: 60 cases of respiratory clinic of the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine were selected. Patients with cough variant asthma (Fengsheng clonic acute syndrome) were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 30), control group (n = 30), control group (n = 30), control group (n = 30), control group (n = 30) were treated with montelukast sodium, and the control group (n = 30) were given montelukast sodium. The course of treatment was 2 weeks. The cough score, TCM syndromes score and effective rate before and after treatment, and the changes of EOS-IL-10 in serum were observed. Results: 1. Zhike Pingchuan decoction could effectively improve cough score and TCM syndrome score. Compared with the control group, there was significant difference in the clinical effect of Zhike Pingchuan decoction. Compared with the control group, the total effective rate was 96.7. there was statistical significance between the two groups. After treatment, the percentage of EOS in the two groups decreased and the content of IL-10 increased. There was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: 1. Zhike Pingchuan decoction is effective in treating cough variant asthma. The clinical effect of acute clonus syndromes was significant. Zhike Pingchuan decoction can effectively reduce the level of serum EOS and increase the content of IL-10. Compared with the control group, it has good clinical efficacy and good safety. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
