【摘要】：目的:汗證是臨床常見(jiàn)病證,李七一教授在汗證診治方面具有豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn),現(xiàn)將李教授對(duì)汗證的辨證論治、處方用藥規(guī)律等進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),以探討其治療汗證的臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)和學(xué)術(shù)思想。方法:收集2016年5月至2017年4月符合中醫(yī)診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的在江蘇省中醫(yī)院名醫(yī)堂第4診室就診的汗證患者,按照中醫(yī)證候辨證標(biāo)準(zhǔn),從156份病例中篩選出屬于濕熱內(nèi)蘊(yùn)、表虛失固、陰虛內(nèi)熱、瘀熱內(nèi)伏四個(gè)證型的患者各30例,進(jìn)行一般資料、汗證的中醫(yī)癥狀積分等資料的數(shù)據(jù)采集,以李七一教授臨證實(shí)際診治為依據(jù),給予各組治療方藥,觀察分析治療前后患者中醫(yī)癥狀積分變化,對(duì)比療效差異。結(jié)果:四組患者的年齡、性別、治療前中醫(yī)癥狀積分總分比較無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,具有可比性。各組患者經(jīng)治療后濕熱內(nèi)蘊(yùn)證愈顯率73.3%,表虛失固證愈顯率70.00%,陰虛內(nèi)熱證愈顯率66.67%,瘀熱內(nèi)伏證愈顯率63.33%,各證型治療前后中醫(yī)癥狀總積分及各具體項(xiàng)目積分變化均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05),但四組療效之間比較,無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。四個(gè)主要癥狀:對(duì)出汗次數(shù)、汗出面積、皮膚濕度、不適感覺(jué)均得到明顯改善,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:李七一教授治療汗證療效確切顯著,值得進(jìn)一步挖掘和研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: sweat syndrome is a common clinical disease syndrome, Professor Li Qiyi has rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of sweat syndrome. Professor Li's syndrome differentiation and treatment, prescription drug use law and so on are summarized. Methods: from May 2016 to April 2017, the patients who met the criteria of TCM diagnosis in the fourth clinic of the famous Medical Hall of Jiangsu Provincial traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were collected. According to the standard of syndrome differentiation of TCM, 30 cases were selected from 156 cases which belong to dampness and heat accumulation, form deficiency lost solid, Yin deficiency internal heat, stasis heat internal latent four syndrome types, 30 cases, for general data. According to the actual diagnosis and treatment of Professor Li Qi I, the TCM symptom integral of the patients before and after treatment was observed and analyzed. Results: the age, sex and total score of TCM symptom score before treatment were not statistically different in the four groups. After treatment, the recovery rate of dampness and heat accumulation syndrome in each group was 73.3%. The obvious rate of the syndrome was 70.00g, 66.67g and 63.33% respectively, and that of Yin deficiency and internal heat was 66.67 and 63.33% respectively. Before and after treatment, there were statistical differences in the total score of TCM symptom and the change of integral of each specific item before and after treatment, but there was no statistical difference among the four groups. Four main symptoms: the number of sweating. The sweating area, skin humidity and discomfort were all improved significantly, with statistical significance. Conclusion: professor Li Qiyi's curative effect on sweating syndrome is definite and remarkable, which is worthy of further excavation and study.
