【摘要】:在醫(yī)院審計信息化的過程中,審計業(yè)務(wù)需要在不同的系統(tǒng)之間以及系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部進(jìn)行協(xié)作,才能順利完成,但是由于這些系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)目標(biāo)不同和數(shù)據(jù)庫異構(gòu)等原因,導(dǎo)致它們相互封閉,信息的連續(xù)性和協(xié)調(diào)性差,這給審計人員的工作帶來很大困擾。為了解決上述問題,本文研究醫(yī)院審計環(huán)境下的協(xié)同技術(shù),以信息協(xié)同和流程協(xié)同為研究核心,實現(xiàn)審計作業(yè)系統(tǒng)之間全方位協(xié)同工作的目的,打破系統(tǒng)之間的“信息孤島”,提高了審計人員的工作效率。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)對國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了研究,分析并總結(jié)了我國在醫(yī)院審計系統(tǒng)中應(yīng)用協(xié)同技術(shù)時存在的問題,確定了論文研究的主要內(nèi)容。(2)論述了協(xié)同技術(shù)及相關(guān)技術(shù)的理論,確定了醫(yī)院審計業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)之間全面協(xié)同的技術(shù)基礎(chǔ);通過分析協(xié)同技術(shù)過程中的信息協(xié)同和流程協(xié)同過程,確立了醫(yī)院審計協(xié)同技術(shù)的方法路線。(3)對信息協(xié)同進(jìn)行研究,首先分析了數(shù)據(jù)清洗的方法,對選取的屬性權(quán)重分組檢測算法進(jìn)行改進(jìn),用體育比賽打分方法來解決專家劃分等級主觀性高的問題,以及用改良的相似度計算方法來解決由屬性值為空造成的記錄相似度偏低的假象。實驗證明,改進(jìn)的屬性權(quán)重分組檢測算法在相似重復(fù)記錄的查全率和查準(zhǔn)率上有明顯的提升。同時改進(jìn)了基于DBSCAN算法的屬性值異常檢測方法,用改良邊界對象檢測過程方法解決算法時間復(fù)雜度高的問題。實驗證明,改進(jìn)的基于DBSCAN算法的屬性值異常檢測方法在屬性值異常記錄的檢測時間上明顯縮短,顯著提高了系統(tǒng)之間信息協(xié)同的數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量;其次分析了醫(yī)院審計作業(yè)系統(tǒng)之間信息交換共享的需求,詳細(xì)闡述構(gòu)建它們之間信息協(xié)同模型的過程。(4)對流程協(xié)同進(jìn)行研究,首先分析流程協(xié)同的難點;其次分析多任務(wù)排列相關(guān)算法的優(yōu)劣,對選取的啟發(fā)式多任務(wù)排列算法提出改進(jìn),用改良的最早截止時間規(guī)則來解決最優(yōu)排序遺漏問題,并且用改良的原啟發(fā)式排列過程方法來解決算法時間復(fù)雜度高的問題,實驗證明,改進(jìn)的算法在合理性和排列效率上有明顯的提升,它能更迅速合理地安排多任務(wù),為系統(tǒng)之間以及系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部的流程協(xié)同奠定理論基礎(chǔ);最后對流程協(xié)同模型進(jìn)行了分析和歸類,并詳細(xì)描述了構(gòu)建醫(yī)院審計與監(jiān)管信息化平臺的流程協(xié)同模型。(5)基于以上研究,將協(xié)同技術(shù)應(yīng)用于醫(yī)院審計與監(jiān)管信息化平臺。通過對平臺的主要功能展示,論證了協(xié)同技術(shù)實現(xiàn)醫(yī)院審計作業(yè)系統(tǒng)之間全方位協(xié)同工作的目的。
[Abstract]:In the process of hospital information audit, the audit business need to work within the system and between different systems, can be successfully completed, but as a result of the development goal of these different systems and heterogeneous databases, and other reasons, resulting in their mutual closed information continuity and poor coordination, which brought great distress to the audit staff. In order to solve the above problems, this paper studies the hospital collaborative technology audit environment, information coordination and process coordination as the core, to achieve a full range of cooperative work between the audit objective operating system, break the system between the "information island", to improve the efficiency of auditors. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the related research status at home and abroad, analyzed and summarized the existing China collaborative application technology in the hospital audit system in the problem, determine the research paper The main contents of the study. (2) discusses the collaborative technology and related technology theory, determine the technical basis between the hospital audit system comprehensive collaboration; collaboration process through the analysis of cooperative technology in the process of information and collaborative process, established a method of route hospital audit coordination technique (3). Research on information coordination first of all, the analysis method of data cleaning, the attribute weights packet detection algorithm for selecting improved sports scoring method to solve the problem of high grade expert subjectivity, and with the improved similarity calculation method to solve the attribute value is false record low similarity caused by air. The experimental results show that the attribute weights packet detection the improved algorithm has significantly improved the recall and precision of duplicate records. At the same time improves the attribute value of DBSCAN algorithm for anomaly detection method based on Modified Methods the object boundary detection process to solve the problem of high time complexity of the algorithm. The experimental results show that the detection time improved DBSCAN algorithm based on attribute value anomaly detection method of abnormal records in the properties significantly shortened significantly improves the data quality coordination between information systems; then analyzes the audit operation system between hospital information exchange and sharing the demand, detailed construction process between them information collaborative model. (4) the process of collaborative research, first analyzes the difficult process coordination; secondly analysis of multi task arrangement related to the selection of algorithms, heuristic algorithm is proposed to improve the multi task arrangement, with the improved earliest deadline scheduling rules to solve optimal omissions the problem with the original, and improved the process of arrangement of heuristic method to solve the problem of high time complexity of the algorithm, experiments show that the improved algorithm in combination Improve efficiency and rational arrangement, it can arrange more tasks quickly and reasonably, and the system for internal system between collaborative processes and lay the theoretical foundation for the process of collaborative model; finally, analyzed and classified, and a detailed description of the construction of hospital information platform of the audit and supervision process (5) based on the collaborative model. The above research, the collaborative technology is applied to the hospital audit and supervision information platform. Through the main function of the platform display, demonstrates the realization of all-round cooperative work between objective hospital audit operation system collaboration.
