【摘要】：目的在全面總結(jié)古今醫(yī)家對于高脂血癥認(rèn)識的基礎(chǔ)上,通過系統(tǒng)整理和研究現(xiàn)代文獻(xiàn)中治療高脂血癥的有效方劑,探討臨床治療高脂血癥方劑的核心藥物及其常用配伍,及合理用藥思路以期揭示其遣藥制方規(guī)律,為高脂血癥的臨床治療提供理論依據(jù),也為開發(fā)新的治療高脂血癥的中藥復(fù)方提供有益的參考。方法本研究按步驟進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)收集、資料篩選、數(shù)據(jù)庫建立、數(shù)據(jù)分析相關(guān)工作。對中國知網(wǎng)2006年1月到2015年12月之間關(guān)于中醫(yī)藥治療高脂血癥的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行檢索,收集篩選符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的文獻(xiàn),共納入研究型文獻(xiàn)193篇,對證候類型、治法和方劑的配伍用藥進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果高脂血癥的證型居前5位的分別為痰瘀互結(jié)證(93/28.70%)、痰濁阻遏證(45/13.89%)、肝腎陰虛證(33/10.19%)、氣滯血瘀證(27/8.33%)、脾腎陽虛證(19/5.86%)。居前5位的高脂血癥治則分別為祛痰化瘀(93/28.70%)、燥濕化痰(45/13.89%)、滋補(bǔ)肝腎(33/10.19%)、行氣活血(27/8.33%)、溫補(bǔ)脾腎(19/5.86%)。由此得到治療高脂血癥的中藥處方324個(gè),通過分析中藥的方劑成分,參與治療高脂血癥的中藥共有177種,其中用藥頻數(shù)在100次以上者9味,分別為山楂(277/7.66%)、丹參(238/6.58%)、澤瀉(208/5.75%)、茯苓(165/4.56%)、何首烏(162/4.48%)、決明子(151/4.18%)、半夏(147/4.07%)、白術(shù)(137/3.79%)、黃芪(106/2.93%)。2味藥之配伍藥對(50頻數(shù))使用頻數(shù)居前10位的高脂血癥2味藥藥組為山楂、丹參、澤瀉、何首烏、決明子、茯苓、白術(shù)。3味藥之配伍藥對(50頻數(shù))使用頻數(shù)居前10位的高脂血癥3味藥藥組為山楂、澤瀉、丹參、何首烏、決明子、茯苓、白術(shù)。結(jié)論中醫(yī)藥治療高脂血癥具有良好的療效,與聯(lián)合西藥治療為增強(qiáng)降脂作用,并且無西藥治療帶來的不良反應(yīng),具有停藥后不反彈的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。通過現(xiàn)代藥物化學(xué)對處方中的中藥材成分的分析,這些中藥材含有能夠降低血脂的天然藥物成分,這些中藥材相互協(xié)作,有利于降低血脂。中醫(yī)藥治療高脂血癥有待進(jìn)一步研究,指導(dǎo)中藥方劑的開發(fā)和中成藥的生產(chǎn),更大的發(fā)揮中醫(yī)藥在治療高脂血癥方面的優(yōu)勢,促進(jìn)中醫(yī)藥事業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective on the basis of summing up the understanding of hyperlipidemia among ancient and modern doctors, the effective prescription for treating hyperlipidemia in modern literature was systematically studied. To explore the clinical treatment of hyperlipidemia prescription of the core drugs and their common compatibility, and rational thinking of drug use in order to reveal the law of prescription, for the clinical treatment of hyperlipidemia to provide a theoretical basis. It also provides a useful reference for the development of a new Chinese medicine compound for hyperlipidemia. Methods this study was conducted according to the steps of literature collection, data screening, database establishment. Data analysis related work. From January 2006 to December 2015, the relevant literature on Chinese medicine treatment of hyperlipidemia was searched, and the literature that met the criteria was collected and screened. A total of 193 research papers were included. The types of syndromes, the combination of treatment methods and prescriptions were statistically analyzed. Results the top five syndromes of hyperlipidemia were phlegm and blood stasis syndromes (93 / 28.70). The syndrome of stagnation of phlegm and turbidity was 45 / 13.89, the liver and kidney yin deficiency was 33 / 10.19, and the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis was 27 / 8.33). The top 5 hyperlipidemia patients were 93 / 28.70m of removing phlegm and removing blood stasis, and 45 / 13.89 of dampness of phlegm). Invigorating the liver and kidney at 33 / 10.19%, activating qi and activating blood by 27 / 8.33, warming up the spleen and kidney, warming up the spleen and kidney, 19 / 5.86. Thus, 324 Chinese medicine prescriptions for the treatment of hyperlipidemia were obtained. By analyzing the ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine, 177 kinds of Chinese medicines were involved in the treatment of hyperlipidemia, among which 9 kinds of drugs were used more than 100 times, which were Hawthorn (277 / 7.66). Salvia miltiorrhiza 238 / 6.58%, Rhizoma Alismatis 20.8 / 5.75m, Poria cocos 165 / 4.56a, Rhizoma Polygoni multiflorum 162R / 4.48. Astragalus membranaceus 106R / 2.93B. 2 prescription drugs for 50 frequency) the top 10 drugs with hyperlipidemia were Hawthorn, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Radix Alismatis, Radix Polygoni multiflorum, Cassia seed, Poria cocos, and the other two kinds of drugs were Hawthorn, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Radix Polygoni multiflorum. The combination of Atractylodes macrocephala (Rhizoma Atractylodes Rhizoma Atractylodes) and its compatibility with 50 frequency) the top 10 drugs with hyperlipidemia were Hawthorn, alisma, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Radix Polygoni multiflorum, Cassia seed, Poria cocos. Conclusion traditional Chinese medicine has a good curative effect on hyperlipidemia, combined with western medicine to enhance the effect of lipid-lowering, and there is no adverse reaction caused by western medicine treatment. It has the advantage of not bouncing back after withdrawal. By analyzing the ingredients of Chinese medicinal materials in prescriptions by modern pharmacochemistry, these Chinese medicines contain natural ingredients that can reduce blood lipid, and these Chinese medicines cooperate with each other. In order to reduce blood lipids. Chinese medicine treatment of hyperlipidemia needs to be further studied to guide the development of traditional Chinese medicine prescription and the production of proprietary Chinese medicine to play a greater advantage in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. To promote the healthy development of Chinese medicine.
