【摘要】：目的:采用隨機(jī)對(duì)照的臨床試驗(yàn)研究方法,探討腸三針治療功能性便秘的臨床療效,評(píng)價(jià)其安全性及有效性,為今后的臨床推廣提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法:將門(mén)診收集的60例患者隨機(jī)分配為治療組和對(duì)照組各30例,治療組采用針刺方法,選取穴位為腸三針即(關(guān)元穴、雙側(cè)天樞穴、雙側(cè)上巨虛穴),采取提插捻轉(zhuǎn)手法增強(qiáng)針感,每5分鐘行針1次,共留針30min。對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)西藥口服的方法,給予患者口服莫沙必利片,每日3次,每次5mg,兩組療程均為1周,觀察兩組治療前后排便次數(shù)、質(zhì)地、難易程度等情況,分別在治療前、治療后進(jìn)行觀測(cè)指標(biāo)評(píng)分,最后整理數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,做出科學(xué)的系統(tǒng)的評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果:治療后兩組臨床療效比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),說(shuō)明腸三針與常規(guī)西藥比較,在治療功能性便秘的總療效方面具有相同優(yōu)勢(shì)。結(jié)論:腸三針與常規(guī)西藥比較,在治療功能性便秘的總療效方面具有相同優(yōu)勢(shì),且副作用少,操作簡(jiǎn)單,患者依從性較好,是臨床上治療功能性便秘的一種簡(jiǎn)便有效的方法,值得在臨床上推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical efficacy of three enteric acupuncture in the treatment of functional constipation, and to evaluate its safety and effectiveness. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). Bilateral Tianshu acupoint and bilateral Shangzhuxu acupoint were treated with lifting and twirling technique to enhance the acupuncture sensation. The acupuncture was given once every 5 minutes for 30 mins. The control group was treated with routine western medicine orally. Patients were given oral mosapride tablets, 3 times a day, 5 mg each time, the two groups were treated for 1 week, observe the number of defecation before and after treatment, texture, degree of difficulty and so on, before and after treatment, respectively. After the treatment, the observation index score, the final collation data, statistical analysis, scientific and systematic evaluation. Results: after treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: compared with the routine western medicine, the three enteric acupuncture has the same advantage in the treatment of functional constipation. It is a simple and effective method for the treatment of functional constipation.
