人才管理實(shí)踐及其對(duì)人力資源管理策略的影響

人才管理(Talent Management,TM)被認(rèn)為是一種新的改進(jìn)式的人力資源管理(Human Resource Management,HRM)。它打破了傳統(tǒng)人力資源管理的缺陷,為人力資源管理方法提供了一種可持續(xù)性、系統(tǒng)性思維和可管理性的新途徑。TM逐漸成為人力資源管理中發(fā)展最快的話題之一,特別是在學(xué)術(shù)界和管理界。在所有的學(xué)術(shù)文章和發(fā)表的研究中,TM如何工作,它對(duì)員工的影響,它在不同的組織的做法和實(shí)施,以及它對(duì)員工的影響和在人力資源管理領(lǐng)域的有用性,但研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)仍然存在很大的差距。事實(shí)上,關(guān)于TM實(shí)現(xiàn)的知識(shí)很少,它是組織的發(fā)展及其感知的結(jié)果。第一次研究是為了了解人才,人才管理及策略以及它對(duì)工作環(huán)境的影響,并評(píng)估TM在人力資源管理(HRM)中的作用。本研究采用系統(tǒng)分析的方法,運(yùn)用定性分析和開放性問題,對(duì)人才、人才管理、戰(zhàn)略及其在工作環(huán)境和人力資源管理中的作用進(jìn)行了初步研究。這項(xiàng)研究在政府機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)施,例如TM實(shí)踐非常重要的教育機(jī)構(gòu)。TM中的策略與HRM通用策略相互作用,從而有助于減少員工的離職率。對(duì)TM進(jìn)行了以下研究:TM戰(zhàn)略及其預(yù)期的結(jié)果、TM對(duì)人力資源的影響、組織在員工激勵(lì)、有效繼...
