借鑒中國(guó)經(jīng)驗(yàn)促進(jìn)貝寧共和國(guó)的創(chuàng)業(yè)

21世紀(jì)各國(guó)都面臨著經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)創(chuàng)新和新就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)增加的問(wèn)題。這些問(wèn)題對(duì)社會(huì)和國(guó)家有重大影響。事實(shí)證明,創(chuàng)業(yè)是影響西非和世界其他國(guó)家地區(qū)面對(duì)的主要問(wèn)題因素之一,為減少失業(yè)、提高國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值和貢獻(xiàn)減輕貧困。由于缺乏創(chuàng)業(yè)精神和充分參與創(chuàng)新及有利可圖的活動(dòng),西非青年無(wú)法靠自己的創(chuàng)造力生存。但縱觀(guān)中國(guó)同行,我們注意到一些優(yōu)秀的、可敬的商業(yè)組織或公司,屬于各種中小企業(yè)類(lèi)型的,它們注冊(cè)成立和管理都很成功。我們相信,非洲國(guó)家能借鑒中國(guó)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)學(xué)到新的知識(shí),并在商業(yè)創(chuàng)造領(lǐng)域取得顯著進(jìn)步。本研究的主要目的是促進(jìn)和激勵(lì)西非青年獲得創(chuàng)業(yè)心態(tài)或創(chuàng)業(yè)精神,創(chuàng)新并為大眾學(xué)位和非學(xué)位持者創(chuàng)造更多的就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)。這項(xiàng)研究對(duì)非洲社會(huì)和許多組織都很重要。青年創(chuàng)業(yè)技能的培養(yǎng)和管理將有助于經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和社會(huì)發(fā)展。應(yīng)該把它理解促進(jìn)并為作企業(yè)教育的一個(gè)重要組成部分,由它為青年提供就業(yè)增長(zhǎng)、幸福和解放思想、多學(xué)科和活動(dòng),以達(dá)到他們的期望。在如何借鑒中國(guó)經(jīng)驗(yàn)提升貝寧共和國(guó)和西非國(guó)家的創(chuàng)業(yè)精神與創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)的總目標(biāo)下,本論文包括三項(xiàng)主要研究:研究一,對(duì)北京和深圳數(shù)家中國(guó)小企業(yè)進(jìn)行了調(diào)查分折,特別是在員工激勵(lì)方面,總結(jié)出可供西非初創(chuàng)企業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)...
