【摘要】：隨著我國城鎮(zhèn)化快速推進和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施日益完善,國土空間功能逐漸增強,相互間關(guān)系日趨緊密,但也帶來了資源環(huán)境困境和空間失衡等可持續(xù)發(fā)展問題。為規(guī)范合理的空間秩序,迫切需要開展國土空間開展綜合分區(qū),但相關(guān)的理論和方法尚處在探索階段。研究通過借鑒共生理論,提出了國土空間共生理念,并從基本單元功能分類和評價、共生單元的劃定和共生效果分析出發(fā),構(gòu)建了國土空間共生的分區(qū)方法體系,并以湖南省為例進行實證。研究旨在豐富國土空間綜合分區(qū)理論和方法,促進國土空間可持續(xù)發(fā)展。主要研究結(jié)論如下:(1)應用共生理論,提出了國土空間共生概念,認為國土空間具有共生性質(zhì)。國土空間共生是指國土空間共生單元、基本單元和共生體之間在同一共生環(huán)境中通過交互作用實現(xiàn)和諧發(fā)展,達到包括共生單元在內(nèi)的整個共生體的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。國土空間共生包括共生單元、共生模式、共生環(huán)境和共生界面等要素,共生單元的劃定是國土空間共生的基礎(chǔ)。(2)構(gòu)建了國土空間共生的分區(qū)方法體系。采用基于“基本單元—共生單元—共生體”的共生理論,對基本單元進行功能分類,運用投影尋蹤法模型建立了基本單元功能評價模型,在此基礎(chǔ)上運用Ward聚類法、GIS等技術(shù)進行了共生單元劃定,并提出了共生效果分析模型。(3)將湖南省國土空間基本單元功能劃分為農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、社會保障居住就業(yè)、旅游休閑、生態(tài)保育功能5類,運用投影尋蹤模型開展了功能評價。研究結(jié)果顯示,研究期間,湖南省基本單元的生態(tài)保育和農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)功能強度較高,旅游功能相對較低。除生態(tài)功能外,各類功能總體呈現(xiàn)提高趨勢,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展功能和社會保障居住就業(yè)功能提升幅度明顯;各功能在空間分布上差異顯著。(4)湖南省國土空間劃分為8類共生單元。研究表明,將湖南省國土空間劃分為長株潭經(jīng)濟-社會-旅游功能型、洞庭湖農(nóng)業(yè)—社會功能型、衡陽盆地農(nóng)業(yè)—經(jīng)濟—社會功能型等8類共生單元。通過對比分析驗證了基于國土空間共生理論下的共生單元劃定方法基本可行,表明共生單元劃定方法可對國土空間持續(xù)利用和省級國土空間規(guī)劃的編制提供技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's urbanization and the improvement of infrastructure, land and space function increased, the mutual relationship between the increasingly close, but also brings the problem of resource environment predicament and space sustainable development. For the imbalance of space order rational, there is an urgent need for the country to carry out a comprehensive soil spatial partition, but the related theories and methods are at the stage of exploration. Research by using symbiosis theory, put forward the concept of symbiosis of land and space, and from the basic unit of function classification and evaluation, the symbiotic unit designated and symbiotic effect analysis, constructs the system of land spatial zoning method of symbiosis, and taking Hunan Province as an example. The research aims to enrich the theory of land space zoning and the method of promoting the sustainable development of land and space. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the application of symbiosis theory, put forward the concept of land space symbiosis, that empty land With the symbiotic nature. Spatial symbiosis refers to land space symbiosis unit, the basic unit and the symbiosis between the same symbiotic environment through the interaction to achieve the harmonious development of the whole unit consists of the symbiotic symbiotic sustainable development. Land spatial symbiosis including symbiosis unit, symbiosis model, symbiosis environment and symbiosis interface etc. the elements, delineation of symbiotic units is the basis of land and space symbiosis. (2) constructed the system partition method of land space symbiosis. Based on the basic unit of the symbiotic unit - symbiosis "symbiosis theory, the functional classification of the basic unit, using the projection pursuit model is established the basic unit of evaluation function based model. Using Ward clustering method, GIS technology etc. the symbiotic unit designation, and put forward the symbiosis effect analysis model. (3) the Hunan province land space basic unit work Can be divided into agricultural production, economic development, social security of residence and employment, tourism and leisure, ecological conservation function of 5 types, using the projection pursuit model to carry out the evaluation function. The results of the study showed that during the study period, the basic unit of Hunan Province ecological conservation and agricultural production function with high intensity, tourism function is relatively low. In addition to the ecological function. All kinds of function shows the increasing trend of economic development, living function and social security function to enhance the employment rate significantly; the significant function in the spatial distribution difference. (4) Hunan province land space is divided into 8 types of symbiotic units. The study shows that the land space will be divided into Hunan Province Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan economic social tourism function type. Dongting Lake - the social function of agriculture, Hengyang basin agricultural economic social function etc. 8 categories of symbiotic units. Through comparative analysis to verify the land space unit based on the theory of symbiosis The demarcation method is basically feasible, which indicates that the method of the symbiotic unit delimiting can provide technical support for the continuous utilization of land space and the compilation of provincial land space planning.
