【摘要】：本文選擇個舊錫業(yè)作為研究對象,在國際經(jīng)濟一體化的視角下研究近代個舊錫礦的開發(fā)。認為在近代中國參與國際經(jīng)濟一體化的過程中,個舊錫業(yè)在生產(chǎn)規(guī)模、生產(chǎn)技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品銷路方面都較前代有了很大的變化,個舊錫業(yè)生產(chǎn)所帶來的經(jīng)濟效益成為了云南省財政經(jīng)濟、對外貿(mào)易的支柱。在這一過程中為了適應(yīng)國際錫業(yè)市場的發(fā)展需求,個舊錫業(yè)生產(chǎn)者也不斷改進生產(chǎn),努力融入世界市場,加快了云南地區(qū)國際經(jīng)濟一體化的進程,但也正是由于處于這一過程之中,國際經(jīng)濟的波動,國際局勢的變化都對個舊錫業(yè)的發(fā)展有嚴重影響。本文共分為六個部分。第一個部分主要探討個舊錫礦在近代以前的開發(fā)情況及開發(fā)目的。云南早在西漢時期就已經(jīng)開始開采錫礦,但在1840年鴉片戰(zhàn)爭以前云南錫礦的開發(fā)僅為了滿足國內(nèi)市場的需求,由于生產(chǎn)技術(shù)落后與錫需求量不高的原因,錫的產(chǎn)量與開發(fā)規(guī)模很小。第二部分論述近代個舊錫礦開發(fā)的歷史轉(zhuǎn)折。由于云南地處高原,交通運輸不便,在鴉片戰(zhàn)爭后個舊大錫雖已開始銷往國際市場,但出口量一直受到限制,近代個舊錫礦開發(fā)的歷史轉(zhuǎn)折始于蒙自口岸的開放,近代交通條件的改善最終成就了云南的對外交往與個錫對外貿(mào)易的興盛。第三部分,討論近代以前云南礦業(yè)開發(fā)與近代礦業(yè)開發(fā)模式的不同特點,首先揭示歷史上云南礦業(yè)開發(fā)在政府控制下以國內(nèi)市場為主的特點,其次論述近代云南礦業(yè)開發(fā)以滿足國際市場的需求為主,私營礦業(yè)占大多數(shù)的制度模式變化。第四部分,近代個舊錫礦開發(fā)的技術(shù)改良與銷路變化。首先分析傳統(tǒng)技術(shù)條件下個舊錫礦的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品與出口路線；其次分析近代以來西方技術(shù)對個舊錫礦開發(fā)的影響；再次從經(jīng)濟角度出發(fā),論述云南煉錫公司之錫礦直銷外洋給個舊錫礦帶來的影響。第五個部分,揭示近代個舊錫礦開發(fā)的規(guī)模及經(jīng)濟效益,說明個舊錫礦所帶來的經(jīng)濟效益成為云南地方財政的有力支撐。第六部分著重分析近代錫礦開發(fā)以國際市場為導(dǎo)向的弊端。個舊錫礦在近代的大發(fā)展是在國際經(jīng)濟一體化的環(huán)境下進行的,形成了以國際市場為導(dǎo)向的模式,這種模式存在嚴重的弊端。首先是受到法國殖民者把持下的滇越鐵路公司不斷加價的苛擾,其次國際錫業(yè)市場的行情變化對個錫的生產(chǎn)、銷售都有嚴重影響,再次,抗日戰(zhàn)爭時期日軍的經(jīng)濟封鎖及空襲使個舊錫業(yè)生產(chǎn)遭到了嚴重破壞。
[Abstract]:This article selects the old tin industry as the research object, and studies the development of the modern tin mine in the perspective of the international economic integration. That in the process of modern China participation in international economic integration, Gejiu Tin Industry in production scale, production technology, product sales all over the previous generation has changed a lot, the Gejiu tin industry production and economic benefits has become the pillar of Yunnan Province Economic and trade finance. In this process, in order to adapt to the development needs of the international tin market, Gejiu Tin producers also continuously improve production, efforts to integrate into the world market, accelerate the international economic integration process in Yunnan area, but also because in this process, the dynamic wave of international economy, has seriously affected the change of the international situation all of the Gejiu Tin Industry development. This article is divided into six parts. The first part mainly discusses the development and purpose of the old tin mine before the modern times. Yunnan began mining tin mines as early as the Western Han Dynasty. But before the Opium War in 1840, the development of Yunnan tin mine was only to meet the needs of the domestic market. Due to the backward production technology and low demand for tin, tin production and development scale was very small. The second part discusses the historical turning point of the development of the old tin mine in modern times. Because Yunnan is located in the plateau, traffic inconvenience, after the Opium War of Gejiu tin has begun sold to the international market, but exports have been limited in the Gejiu development history of turning point in the Mengzi port open, modern traffic conditions to improve the ultimate success of the prosperity of foreign exchanges and a tin of foreign trade in Yunnan the. The third part, discuss the different characteristics of pre modern Yunnan mining development and the modern industry development mode, first reveal the history of Yunnan mining development in the government under the control of the main characteristics in the domestic market, followed by a discussion of the modern Yunnan mining development to meet the needs of the international market as the main, private mining accounted for most of the change of system model. The fourth part is the technical improvement and market change of the development of the modern tin mine. First analyzes the traditional technical conditions of Gejiu tin mine production technology, product and export route; followed by analysis of the influence of Western technology of Gejiu development since modern times; from the economic point of view again, discusses the influence of Yunnan tin tin smelting company direct overseas bring Gejiu of. The fifth part reveals the scale and economic benefits of the development of Gejiu tin deposits in modern times. It shows that the economic benefits brought by Gejiu tin mine is a strong support for Yunnan's local finance. The sixth part focuses on the analysis of the disadvantages of the development of the tin mine in the modern world, which is guided by the international market. The development of Gejiu tin ore in modern times is based on the environment of international economic integration, and has formed the international market oriented mode, which has serious drawbacks. The first is by the French colonists under the control of DIANYUE railway companies continue to increase the harsh disturbance, secondly the international tin market changes on the tin production and sales have seriously affected the economic blockade and air strikes again, the Japanese during the Anti Japanese War severely damaged Gejiu Tin Industry production.
