微波信號光子學產(chǎn)生及處理的理論與實驗研究

【摘要】:微波光子學(MWP)的研究價值在于,一方面,光子學以其固有特性產(chǎn)生的優(yōu)勢使微波系統(tǒng)具備了復雜的,或通常難以直接在微波域實現(xiàn)的功能(如快速調諧和可重構等);另一方面,為傳統(tǒng)信息與通信系統(tǒng)和網(wǎng)絡提供了新的解決方案。目前MWP正在微波信號的全光產(chǎn)生、濾波與變頻、微波光子鏈路和光分組交換等領域取得科研和商用突破。研究微波信號光子學的產(chǎn)生和處理具有重要意義,本論文的主要研究內容可概括如下:1.分析了MWP的發(fā)展基礎、基本原理、研究熱點及意義;系統(tǒng)總結了微波信號的光子學產(chǎn)生和濾波處理兩個研究方向的進展情況和發(fā)展趨勢。2.對固態(tài)單向非平面環(huán)形振蕩(SUNPRO)激光器的工作原理和設計過程進行了分析,包括:對諧振腔的結構及幾何光路的分析、諧振腔的本征偏振態(tài)分析、激光器設計參數(shù)的確定及諧振腔穩(wěn)定性分析;基于溫度控制原理對該激光器的頻率穩(wěn)定性進行了研究,并對基于法布里-珀羅(FP)腔的激光頻率穩(wěn)定性進行了研究,包括對基于Pound-Drever-Hall(PDH)的激光器的頻率穩(wěn)定性和基于PDH激光器穩(wěn)頻的FP腔穩(wěn)定性開展了研究;借助兩個獨立運作的SUNPRO激光器外差拍頻,獲得了30GHz調諧范圍的微波信號源。3.分析了受激布里淵散射(SBS)的基本原理及其控制方程的數(shù)學表述,尤其對非彈性散射光的機理和SBS的聲-光波耦合方程進行了分析;對窄帶泵浦布里淵濾波器的相對等效色散參數(shù)進行了分析,開展了窄帶泵浦布里淵濾波器的信號失真研究,仿真結果表明,布里淵濾波器的飽和效應限制了此類帶通濾波器的線性性能,更寬的脈沖將獲得更大的信號分貝增益和更小的展寬因子,因此,它們更適合于此類基于SBS的MWP窄帶通濾波系統(tǒng)。4.通過增加泵浦光源的帶寬可以提高布里淵濾波器的帶寬,進而對寬帶泵浦布里淵濾波器的基礎理論進行了研究;根據(jù)寬帶泵浦光的SBS增益譜可表示為輸入泵浦光頻譜與本征布里淵增益譜的卷積運算這一結論,對高斯寬帶泵浦布里淵濾波器的頻譜和失真特性進行了分析,并比較了高斯寬帶泵浦與窄帶泵浦布里淵濾波器之間的性能差異,研究結果表明二階增益不均勻是導致窄帶和高斯寬帶泵浦布里淵濾波器失真的主要原因。5.在寬帶布里淵濾波器的理論基礎之上,進一步研究了矩形寬帶泵浦條件下的布里淵濾波器的附加增益和相移特性,并詳細討論了二階增益不均勻與三階色散(TOD)對濾波器帶來的失真影響,研究結果表明TOD是矩形寬帶泵浦布里淵濾波器失真的主要原因;針對MWP數(shù)字通信鏈路應用場合,對RZ-OOK、NRZ-OOK和RZ-DPSK三種碼型脈沖信號的濾波特性進行了分析和比較,對比上述三類碼型數(shù)據(jù)分別經(jīng)歷矩形寬帶泵浦和高斯寬帶泵浦濾波系統(tǒng)后的信號眼圖發(fā)現(xiàn),矩形寬帶泵浦的濾波系統(tǒng)不但對斯托克斯信號引入更少的延時,而且它對待濾波信號的失真更小,尤其是在對RZ-OOK和RZ-DPSK兩類碼型數(shù)據(jù)的濾波處理中,增益不均勻和TOD與眼圖的顯著惡化無關。6.研究了利用溫度控制實現(xiàn)可調諧MWP布里淵濾波器的可行性,推導了布里淵頻移與溫度的關系表達式;對影響布里淵頻移的光纖折射率的溫度相關特性進行了詳細的理論推導和實驗驗證,即理論證明了光纖的折射率與溫度的線性相關性,且采用光纖延遲測量技術,對301~1275K寬溫度范圍內延遲引起的折射率變化進行了實驗驗證,實驗數(shù)據(jù)和理論推導結論一致;在應變一定的情況下,理論推導了布里淵頻移與溫度的變化關系式,對于標準單模光纖,布里淵濾波器通帶可隨溫度的變化率為1.32MHz/℃。
[Abstract]:Microwave Photonics (MWP) on the one hand, the value is generated with its inherent advantages of photonics microwave system has a complex, often difficult to directly or in the microwave domain functions (such as fast tuning and reconfiguration); on the other hand, the traditional information and communication systems and networks are provided to solve the new scheme. MWP is the current all-optical microwave signal generation and frequency domain filtering, microwave photonic links and optical packet switching has scientific and commercial breakthrough. It is important significance to study the microwave signal processing and photonics, the main research contents of this thesis can be summarized as follows: 1. analyze the development foundation, the basic principle of MWP and the research focus and significance; summarizes the microwave signal generation and processing two photonics research situation and development trend of progress of.2. on solid unidirectional non planar ring oscillator (SUNPR O) the working principle and design process of the laser are analyzed, including the analysis of the structure and the geometric optical path of the resonator, analysis of polarization eigenstate of the resonant cavity, determine the design parameters and analysis of laser resonator stability; temperature control principle is studied based on the frequency stability, and based on Fabri Perot (FP) laser frequency stability of cavity are studied, including Pound-Drever-Hall (PDH) based on the frequency stability of the laser cavity and FP stability PDH laser frequency stabilization based on research; with the help of two independent SUNPRO laser heterodyne beat, obtained the 30GHz tuning range of microwave signal source.3. analysis of stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) representation of the basic principle and control equation of mathematics, especially the mechanism and SBS on inelastic scattering of acoustic wave coupling equation is analyzed; the The relative equivalent dispersion parameters of narrowband pumped Brillouin filter are analyzed, the signal distortion of pump Brillouin narrowband filter, the simulation results show that the performance of linear saturation limits such Brillouin filter bandpass filter, wider pulse broadening factor, will gain greater signal dB gain and smaller so they more suitable for such narrowband MWP based on SBS filter system.4. by increasing the pumping source bandwidth can improve the Brillouin filter bandwidth, and then on the basis of broadband pump Brillouin filter theory is studied; according to broadband pump SBS gain spectrum for the conclusion of input pump light spectrum and intrinsic Brillouin gain spectrum the convolution spectrum of Gauss filter and broadband pump Brillouin distortion characteristics were analyzed, and compared with Gao Sikuan The performance difference between the pump and the narrowband pump Brillouin filter, the results show that two order non-uniform gain is the main cause of the distortion of the narrowband and broadband Gauss pump Brillouin filter.5. based on broadband Brillouin filter, the additional gain further research on Brillouin filter wideband rectangular pumping conditions and phase shift characteristics, and two in order to gain uniformity and three order dispersion (TOD) is discussed in detail for distortion caused by the filter effects, the results show that the TOD is the main reason for the distortion of rectangular broadband pump Brillouin filter; digital communication link for MWP applications on RZ-OOK, NRZ-OOK and RZ-DPSK three kinds of code pulse signal filtering characteristics are analyzed and compared. In contrast to the above three kinds of pattern data respectively through rectangular signal eyespattern broadband pump and Gauss broadband pump filter system after the, Rectangular filter system broadband pump not only the introduction of less of Stokes signal delay, distortion is smaller and it treated the filtered signal, especially in the filtering of RZ-OOK and RZ-DPSK two kinds of pattern data, a significant deterioration of uneven gain and TOD and.6. was studied by using the eye diagram of the independent temperature control realization feasibility of tunable Brillouin MWP the filter is derived, Brillouin frequency shift and expressions of temperature; influence of temperature characteristics of optical fiber refractive index of the Brillouin frequency shift rate is calculated by theoretical derivation and experimental verification in detail, the linear correlation is Li proved that the refractive index and temperature of the fiber, and the fiber delay measurement technology, the rate of change of the experiment verify the delay caused by the refractive index of the 301~1275K wide temperature range, experimental data and the theoretical results are consistent; strain in certain circumstances, the theory is derived The relationship between the Brillouin frequency shift and the temperature change, for the standard single mode fiber, the Brillouin filter pass band can change with the temperature of 1.32MHz/ C.
