合肥光源平面光柵單色器設(shè)計(jì)及調(diào)試

【摘要】:同步輻射裝置是基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域的重要研究工具,其中,光束線是連接實(shí)驗(yàn)站和光源的橋梁,需要把復(fù)色的同步輻射光處理成具有一定尺寸、一定發(fā)散角和一定能量分辨率的單色光。光束線的核心為單色器,在真空紫外-軟X波段主要為光柵分光單色器,其中平面光柵單色器以其光學(xué)元件加工簡單,適應(yīng)范圍廣等受到廣泛應(yīng)用。本文工作依托于合肥光源進(jìn)行的重大維修改造項(xiàng)目詳細(xì)研究了平面光柵單色器的性能特點(diǎn)和關(guān)鍵技術(shù),主要包括以下內(nèi)容:1.詳細(xì)研究了真空紫外-軟X射線光束線最常用的兩種平面光柵單色器(準(zhǔn)直型SX-700平面光柵單色器和自聚焦平面變間距光柵單色器)的光學(xué)特點(diǎn),總結(jié)了這兩種單色器的特點(diǎn)和應(yīng)用范圍。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)影響兩種單色器的主要因素一致,但自聚焦平面變間距光柵單色器由于光柵的像差校正功能使得其比準(zhǔn)直型SX-700 平面光柵單色器少了兩塊反射鏡,而反射鏡會占據(jù)一定的空間,這就會導(dǎo)致相同條件下準(zhǔn)直型SX-700平面光柵單色器入射臂和出射臂的長度相較自聚焦平面變間距光柵單色器更短,從而導(dǎo)致分辨率的降低。同時(shí)由于多了兩塊反射鏡,也會導(dǎo)致效率的降低。因此,在光束線長度確定的情況下,自聚焦平面變間距光柵單色器的光譜分辨率和光學(xué)系統(tǒng)效率更好。但是,準(zhǔn)直型SX-700平面光柵單色器可以通過選取不同的焦點(diǎn)常數(shù)而實(shí)現(xiàn)高通量模式、高次諧波抑制模式和高分辨運(yùn)行模式,并能通過調(diào)節(jié)焦點(diǎn)常數(shù)以改變出射狹縫處的相空間,這是其最大的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。這些研究具有創(chuàng)新性,并能為同類光束線的設(shè)計(jì)提供了基礎(chǔ)。2.合肥光源重大維修改造項(xiàng)目中的軟X成像光束線的設(shè)計(jì)工作。新建的軟X成像光束線站性能較原來有較大提升。軟X成像光束線從扭擺器中引出,覆蓋能量范圍200~2500 eV。光束線采用準(zhǔn)直型SX-700平面光柵單色器,使用線密度分別為760 1/mm和1400 1/mm的平面光柵覆蓋整個(gè)能量范圍。光束線主要性能指標(biāo):光子通量大于1×1012phs/s@300mA;能量分辨優(yōu)于500 @ 520eV;出射狹縫處發(fā)散角為2.6 mrad(H)× 2.8 mrad(V)。3.合肥光源重大維修改造項(xiàng)目中的燃燒光束線的設(shè)計(jì)工作。燃燒光束線的性能較原來的光束線有了全面的升級,極大地拓展了同步輻射在燃燒領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用。燃燒光束線從波蕩器中引出,覆蓋能量范圍4.8~20 eV。光束線采用掠入射Czerny-Turner型平面光柵單色器,使用線密度分別為2001/mm和4001/mm的平面光柵覆蓋整個(gè)能量范圍。光束線的主要性能指標(biāo)為:光子通量5×1012phs/s@300 mA:能量分辨優(yōu)于3000 @15.8 eV。4.詳細(xì)介紹了合肥光源重大維修改造項(xiàng)目中新建三條光束線,軟X成像光束線(準(zhǔn)直型SX-700平面光柵單色器)、燃燒光束線(掠入射Czerny-Turner型平面光柵單色器)和催化與表面科學(xué)光束線(自聚焦平面變間距光柵單色器)的安裝調(diào)試工作以及平面光柵單色器的相關(guān)技術(shù)(包括光學(xué)元件的檢測、精密狹縫、精密導(dǎo)軌的測試以及單色器的能量標(biāo)定)的研究。最后對燃燒光束線和催化與表面科學(xué)光束線的性能進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)測試,測試結(jié)果顯示光束線的性能指標(biāo)滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。其中催化與表面科學(xué)光束線的實(shí)際運(yùn)行的分辨本領(lǐng)優(yōu)于10000@29.2 eV.性能達(dá)到國際同類裝置先進(jìn)水平。
[Abstract]:Synchrotron radiation is an important research tool of basic science research in the field of the beam line is a bridge connecting the experimental station and the light source, the need to re color synchrotron radiation light processing into a certain size, a certain divergence angle and the energy resolution of monochromatic light. The research is innovative design work provides a line of soft X based.2. imaging beam in Hefei light source in the major maintenance and reconstruction project the design and for the same beam line. Soft X imaging beamline is larger than the original performance of the new upgrade. Design of combustion beam line source fertilizer major maintenance and reconstruction project. The main performance indexes of beam line for the photon flux of 5 * 1012phs/s@300 mA: energy resolution is better than 3000 @15.8 eV.4. introduced three new beam line of Hefei light source major maintenance project, soft imaging beamline (X alignment of SX-700 plane grating monochromator beamline (combustion), grazing incident Czerny-Turner plane grating monochromator) and catalysis and surface science beamline (self focusing plane Variable spacing grating monochromator) installation work and the related technology of plane grating monochromator (including optical element detection, precision slit, precision guide testing and calibration of the monochromator energy). The combustion performance of the beam and the catalysis and surface science beam line with test, test results show that the performance index the beam line meets the design requirements. The actual operation of catalysis and surface science beamline of the resolution is better than 10000@29.2 eV. performance reached the international advanced level of similar devices.
