巴基斯坦是一個(gè)發(fā)展中國家。2014-2015年的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度為4.24%,隨之建筑活動(dòng)迅速增加。本文重點(diǎn)分析了伊斯蘭堡國際機(jī)場新建工程延誤的原因。研究目的是找出延誤的原因,并指出影響伊斯蘭堡國際機(jī)場新建項(xiàng)目績效的所有因素。為了找出本文的兩個(gè)基本目標(biāo),首先選取定性數(shù)據(jù),選取三個(gè)熟悉CAA項(xiàng)目的不同組織,即GTAASR、CAA和AGPR,并選取了 13個(gè)符合條件的被調(diào)查者作為研究對象進(jìn)行訪談,在使用NVivo 10軟件收集所有訪談后,采用Microsoft word匯編原始數(shù)據(jù),生成編碼,創(chuàng)建主題,最后發(fā)布報(bào)告進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析。在訪談中,對13個(gè)延誤原因進(jìn)行了編碼,分別是:計(jì)劃性差、價(jià)格波動(dòng)、腐敗、員工之間缺乏溝通、缺乏技能、施工階段材料短缺風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、財(cái)務(wù)赤字、項(xiàng)目生命周期缺乏監(jiān)督,政治影響。雖然還有很多次要的影響因素,但是我已經(jīng)指出了影響很大的因素,在對被調(diào)查者進(jìn)行了深入的訪談之后,我指出了 8個(gè)主要的影響因素,即被調(diào)查者走向破產(chǎn),工程造價(jià)上漲。由于本工程后期設(shè)計(jì)變更延誤,工程區(qū)周邊出現(xiàn)污染,失業(yè)率上升,政府對人民群眾的不良形象,各項(xiàng)服務(wù)設(shè)施搬遷,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展也全部陷入低谷。
